I think because Helen has a pass to the final and peaked early, she's had time to redeem herself. Plus, although she isn't most hated anymore, she's still disliked by a lot of people, and I think any other big arguments etc. would knock her straight back to most hated easily.

I don't think Steven has time to redeem himself. A couple more people might have the courage to nominate him now it's clear about his public perception, and use "he just wants to be with Kim" as their excuse. And Pav and Chris seem to be firmly on the anti-Stephen side!
