Apparently that was the whole reason for Arron and Kyle's introduction in series 8 (because let's face it, there was no real reason for Kyle to be there) so they can build a new generation so it's less noticeable when the big 3 (Vicky, Gaz and Holly) leave. I can't see series 10 being much of a line-up though: Charlotte, James, Arron, Kyle and Marnie:conf:

They need to bring Sophie back for series 10 if they've lost Vicky and Holly. I know they're both big characters in their right, but Sophie is the only one they could bring in who could possibly even remotely fill the void. Not here for them desperately bringing back past flops back like Greg and Ricci.

Yeah, I could see Vicky's exit coming from a mile off though, she was really above the antics in Series 8 (apart from her little thing with Gaz) and she's become really successful in the run up and duration of series 8. Apparently series 9 has the same cast as series 8, which I think they're wrong to do as they should have started preparing and bracing themselves for the huge rock that Vicky, Gaz and Holly are going to give when they leave. That means in series 10 they're going to have a major cast shake-up and that'll be it's downfall, I can tell.

I doubt you'd think that with the recent series, hes got a girlfriend now so he doesn't really get involved in anything. He's probably had about 6 and a half minutes of screen time throughout series 8, he was mostly seen just bouncing about in the club with a drink or going on about this fitness challenge he wanted the house to do.

Yeah, I think he just does it for the fun.



It kind of makes sense for Gary to leave if you all think about it, Arron is essentially his replacement and has provided the main narrative for series 8, Gary is getting old and it's showing. Sophie and Marnie together could fill the gap left by Holly and Charlotte could become main girl after Vicky's departure.

I think this series has been really good, I like that single Charlotte is back and I have liked Scott, Holly, James, Gaz and of course Vicky. I still dislike Marnie and Aaron and I hope they go soon, their relationship is so false and the both of them are idiots.

I am gutted Vicky has gone, she's always been my favourite of the cast and she always had the best blue screen comments imo. I'll miss her loads, I hope the new girl Chloe is sassy to at least fill the gap left by Vicky who for me is the only strong female on the show since Sophie was axed.

So the line-up for series 10 has been (sort of) confirmed, and James is not apart of it. I too enjoyed this series, it wasn't on par with the first 3 seasons (don't think they'll be beaten), but it was an improvement I think .

I do think they need to bring back Sophie - surely she's suffered enough? I'd love Rebecca to come back in hindsight, I didn't like her much, but on rewatching her series' I do actually really like her, she'd be a welcome return but of course she's pretty much ruled out for good due to her pregnancy.

What's the attraction in watching people get drunk, have sex (probably unprotected) and argue about who's sleeping with who?
