View Full Version : They haven't let normal nominations play out properly once this series...

Week 1 was the only time where normal nominations actually followed through to the end of the week, but even then they had to add the 'Killer Nomination' thing on to it so it kinda de-valued all the votes of the people who nominated Jale. Week 2 and Week 4 both. involved the Power HM choosing who's safe and who's nominated. Week 3 had normal nominations but then the Power HMs got to void 3 people's noms and also save one of the nominees. Week 5 had normal nominations but then they had to go and ruin it by having an unnecessary task which saved a HM. Week 6 had normal nominations, but none of the people nominated actually ended up as the sole nominees since only the person with the most nominations got evicted straight away. We also didn't even get to see the nominations properly as they never aired them. Heck, they couldn't even let the new HMs just enter without adding some silly 'save ur fave xoxo' twist into it. And now this week it's back to the Power HMs deciding the noms... only for one of the Power HMs to... (wait for it - it's a shocker) NOT be safe from eviction.

This series had so much potential but has been ruined by silly little twists that are unnecessary.

About time they got rid of nominations and did a public vote to save each week. Those with the least votes then go to the public vote to evict :pipe:

BB Aus did that for one series. At the start of the week the lines would open for all housemates, a vote to save and then on the Friday the two with the least votes would face the housemates who would do quick nominations to decide which one is evicted.

That sounds like a great idea tbh :clap1:

I'm sick of nomination twists.

This was the same last year in that we only had 1 normal round of noms iirc? Anyway, it's getting on my ****ing nerves now, it's ridiculous.

I have created a similar thread I will see can I delete it. And I agree with Op by the way

Completely agree, it's absolutely ridiculously. They really need to strip it back next year if it's renewed.

Last year was pretty much the same too.

I'd love that! At least you never know who is going to go, although people would get so annoyed when the right person isn't saved

I think this is what the big power twist hinted at before the series began tbh, 'housemates will have more power than ever before' and other slogans like that.

I personally prefer normal nominations and no messing around with them.

Nominations have been a real dog's breakfast. They should NEVER cut out the public from the final vote or allow any passes to the final. It has provoked so much bad feeling.

I have hated the fact we have had no normal week whatever as to noms and the ongoing eviction.
Really had enough of noms twists and eviction twists.

I'm getting totally fed up with it now - if they wanted to kill the show they are sure going about it the right way. I won't waste my money on voting while all this rubbish is going on.
