Are they preparing to just give someone the power and have them evict a person without even the viewers knowing who the person is until someone is evicted?

No because it would give them a further excuse to edit the crap out of everything going on in the house. Also, WE SHOULD ALWAYS BE IN CONTROL. The housemates are the weaklings, the one we're controlling and the ones that are in the dark out of everything. The roles have been reversed too much this series already (live feed being taken away completely, housemates deciding who goes on 2 occasions and no proper nominations), having a secret power housemate that we do not know about is a step too far. This isn't a soap opera whodunnit, this is Big Brother.
