during this weather, usually only about 5hrs, but usually 8 or 9.
I'm a night owl but only sleep for a couple of hours anyway normally about 5am til 7 or 8 am so no sleeping during the day unless I'm unwell or having a lazy day

I'd say average. I do nap a lot though...
..around 2/3 hours at night but sometimes I fall asleep when I get home from work for an hour or so...

You can never catch up on lost sleep
I don't actually know if that's just a myth

You can. When I pulled various all nighters for deadlines at uni I then spent the weekend in bed and my body wouldn't let me move until I'd caught up on the lost hours of sleep.

Josy has fallen asleep at the keyboard a fair few times when she has been on Plug

sleep after morning prayers, or maybe a bit later than that (so like 4ish-5) and wake up 11am-2pm
Since it'ss the summer holidays I've been going to sleep at 3 waking up about 11 so 8 hours.
But when I'm back in education I'll be going to bed about 12 waking up at 8 so 8 hours.
So yeah, 8 hours

About 8-9? At the minute I go to bed about 3 and wake up about 11. If I have an early morning schedule I have to stick to, I get less because I can't sleep until at least 1am.
