But I know Biannca had applied plenty of times before and got to the final audition stages of BB13, so it's possible I guess.

Why was his £1000 company head hunter worthy? I would imagine he applied and made that **** up to get in.

All recruits go through the audition phase, they just get fast-passed through the first few rounds. Some even get fast-tracked right to the final audition stage.

Yeah they get invited to the audition rounds, they skip the first few rounds I think.

They usually invite applicants too but they mainly just pick their recruits.

They are clips of interviews with the producers.

Even the celebrities have those. They still need to meet the housemates and get to know them to see if they will be worth the cash they pay.

I heard that Mark was put forward or is a personal friend of Rylan, so that might explain why he got on but it was also mentioned by Luke Marsden that Mark hung around all the BB promo nights and even stowed away on some boat or thing that promoted BB. Cant be sure but he certainly seems to have had a leg up.

I'm no Mark fan but it is starting to annoy me that people actually people he's Rylan's friend. there is a picture of the two of them together in a nightclub..that's it. I also have a picture with Rylan when he visited a club near me but it doesn't mean he's a friend of mine.

I would love next year the theme to be Big Brother: OLD SCHOOL.
Choose 12-16 NORMAL members of the public who are known only to their family and friends and have ZERO celeb status or fame.
Bring back Live Feed, ZERO contact with outside world, fixed cameras and regular nominations and all the rest.
Just make it like BB1 and I think they would be surprised to get an INCREASE in ratings AND revenue from paying for live feed and more watching and voting.
