Lots of people get confused about that, most things could actually be posted in here that get posted in chat and games tbh.

Chat & Games is mostly for jokey, funny, posts like maybe funny videos and images stuff like that.

General Chat I would think is more for questions that are more serious but not as serious as serious debates.
