have you ever killed anyone ?

.. i have'nt. but sometimes when i'm in bed i wonder what it would be like to kill the bloke over the road at No 29 .. he looks at me as if he wants to kill me. I'm wondering wether i should pre-empt him, and kill him first, before he can get me.
The American government did this in Iraq .. and got away with it .. they convinced the world that Iraq was about to attack the West, so they got in first, and whacked them.
