All previous Phms have played a part in nominations ,so we assume that as people power we will get to play a part .
Save and replace is the option as the house has already nominated.

Is Mark that unpopular with the general public though? I think that'd just put Chris at risk, I'd rather Chris be saved (even if Mark didn't go, he'd think he was disliked more than the newbies, and probably all the oldies because they probably assume Chris isn't all that popular).

I don't think that BB would allow we (viewers with the Power) to nominate a HM up for evcition on the basis that he/she would be the HM we would most likely evict. So if BB inform the HM that Viewing Power have put HM up for eviction that HM would know he or she is going to be evicted. It is possible that BB might ask the Viewing Power to elect a HM to change the HMs up for eviction.
