Helen may say things to people directly but she does not listen to the reply thus negating it. Ashleigh is only 18 and has no male protector inthe house.

With respect LT, Ashleighs age has nothing to do with how she is in the house.
Why should she or any female housemates need a 'male' protector in the house anyway?
Over near all BB series, the Female housemates usually have been the strongest as to entertainment and making their points too.

When I was 18, I was off to Uni, away from my family, hundreds of miles away, I hardly ever saw them,I had to do my studies and help run a house with others too.

Ashleigh is only in the BB house,for 10 weeks at the maximum, she is protected, fed and there by her own choice of applying to be so too.

Nothing special as to as her being 18.

Exactly...however since Helen heard the cheers for Ashleigh and since she got immunity Helen has been going further than that and has complimented her in the last two HL shows. When I was 18 I wouldn't say boo to a goose but over the years and dealing with the public in my work I have built up confidence to hold my own. However opinionated I am I still don't like confrontation... I too would avoid confrontation with Helen but if she attacked me I would fight back. Helen did confront Ashleigh and I thought she held her own well.
Not one person in there has confronted Helen NOT ONE...and I don't believe many of them found her outbursts acceptable or comfortable...Ashleigh did voice opinion albeit not to her face...but Helen has done the same.

Why should she not say something to an 18 year old...that was always Helens excuse...she gets called all sorts when she has verbally attacked other housemates with Ashleigh it would have been the same.Helen knows Helen can't argue /discuss/confront in a civilised way...Helen knows she is a goby spiteful person...Helen knows this and we know this because she has loads of warnings (confirmed by the housemates themselves) consequently she has had to control herself. Do you seriously think anyone in the house is an Angel...you wouldn't get on the programme if you were. Ashleigh has always looked in control... Helen hated that and waited for a good reason to attack when she got exposed for plotting.
I like to see people confront a situation...I like to see people stand up for themselves. Helens problem is that she cannot discuss or debate...she shouts people down and gets abusive...then when people try and defend themselves she tells them to shut the **** up....she is her own worst enemy.
She had every right to confront Ashleigh...she needs to learn how to do it properly.

If Helen had have said something to Ashleigh before then she would have been called all sorts for picking on a poor defenseless 18 year old who could do no wrong. When Helen called out Ashleigh there was plenty who had witnessed Ashleigh's behaviour proving Ashleigh was no angel like some believed.

Why are you bringing up Ashleigh's age? If an Ashleigh fan does that they get told her age has nothing to do with anything.

Why should she not say something to an 18 year old...that was always Helens excuse...she gets called all sorts when she has verbally attacked other housemates with Ashleigh it would have been the same.Helen knows Helen can't argue /discuss/confront in a civilised way...Helen knows she is a goby spiteful person...Helen knows this and we know this because she has loads of warnings (confirmed by the housemates themselves) consequently she has had to control herself. Do you seriously think anyone in the house is an Angel...you wouldn't get on the programme if you were. Ashleigh has always looked in control... Helen hated that and waited for a good reason to attack when she got exposed for plotting.
I like to see people confront a situation...I like to see people stand up for themselves. Helens problem is that she cannot discuss or debate...she shouts people down and gets abusive...then when people try and defend themselves she tells them to shut the **** up....she is her own worst enemy.
She had every right to confront Ashleigh...she needs to learn how to do it properly.

It is a 100% given that if Helen had have had it out with Ashleigh before other HM's saw Ashleigh been nasty her age would have been brought up. Other HM's had already said similar.

What Ashleigh was doing was trying to get rid of the vile bully's sidekick as she couldn't get at the bully herself, so yes.

Helen not only says it to people's faces, and says things behind their backs.
She also denies saying things she said behind their backs.

"I didn't say that Steven, I would never say that" (cry cry)etc. etc. etc.

Ashleigh was quite bitchy in some of the gossiping sessions I saw her in.

Nobody is perfect. Some find Helen's behaviour more forgivable, personally I find it really hard to forgive some of what Helen does/did, and easier to forgive Ashleigh.

It takes all sorts, and there is evidently no point in trying to change people's minds about it either way.
