12.45pm: Ashleigh has a face like thunder. She has had a tiff with Christopher. He thinks she's a brat.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Btyi8L9IQAAac5b.jpg:small
It randomly kicked off in the Big Brother 2014 house this afternoon after Ashleigh Coyle lost it with Christopher Hall.
It was all started by a innocent comment from Christopher about the upcoming tasks.
“What on earth else can they do to us?” he said.
But Ashleigh didn’t take too kindly to his remark, complaining: “Stop saying that, it really annoys me when people say that, god knows what they have in store for me.”
A taken back Christopher asked: “What’s wrong with you today?”
Ashleigh snapped: “I’m ******ing tired. That’s not the thing to say as I will hit the roof if you do say something like that.”
“I don’t need you to have a go at me,” Christopher replied. “It’s not my fault you’re tired.
“Stop being ridiculous. Grow up and stop being so immature”
Ashleigh hit back: “Stop speaking to me like that.”
After walking away, Christopher bitched about Ashleigh’s behavior in the bedroom to Mark Byron: “No one speaks to me like that. I will not be spoken to like that, she can jog on.”
He vowed not to make amends and added: “She’s only being a brat. She needs to grow up.”

Christopher wants £100k just as much as the rest of the housemates do. Everyone has their own game plan and this is Christopher's. A far less obvious game plan of instead of playing up to the cameras or going for the female vote etc, try and make the popular housemates less popular.
You can't blame him, but it's below the belt in my opinion.

It will be spun to make Ashleigh look worse (she's a woman and Christopher is victim #1 remember). But Christopher actually told her to stop being ridiculous in a patronising tone first.

I would bet money that she is on her period. Yesterday you saw her shout out "tell the truth!!!" when Mark was lying. Christopher said "what is wrong with you this morning?" That indicates she feeling moody before the tiff happened.

Or maybe she was annoyed that Mark was trying to wriggle out of any blame in the Power Alliance thing :fist:

She was, but if it wasn't that time of the month, she would not have yelled "tell the truth" in the way she did and also the tiff would not have happened. I'm not female but I know that when it's that time of the month lots of females snap at the smallest thing and it's best to run and hide

She also has to deal with being the now publicised trophy of Chris, I'm sure all those antics have been playing on her mind

I have. She was in a mood and it ended up with them having a tiff. What I am also looking it as the difference in how Christopher reacts after "the first", to my knowledge, tiff with Ashleigh and how he reacts after his constant tiffs with Mark. They are both his friends? Only Mark is? Only Ashleigh is? None of them are? There were 2 people involved in the tiff, it's not a case of one was right and the other wrong. Both wrong. That's why it's a tiff.

That's not accurate.
Christopher: What else can they do to us?
Mark: Never, never, never
Ashleigh: I know don't say that, it really annoys me when people say that. You've done that, I haven't done that, so God knows what they have in store for me
Christopher: What's wrong with you today?
Ashleigh: I'm tired I keep telling you.
Christopher: Everything's annoying you this morning
Pause
Ashleigh: That's not the thing to say, because I will hit the roof if you say something like that
Christopher: Alright Ashleigh I don't need you to have a go at me. It's not my fault you're tired.
Ashleigh: It's your comments what can they do to us what can they do to us, you've seen what they can do to us
Christopher: It's a task, stop being ridiculous
Ashleigh: Stop speaking to me like that
Christopher: You know what Ashleigh I'm just gonna leave
Ashleigh: Good
Christopher walks off, Ashleigh pulls a face
Christopher: Oh grow up Ashleigh stop being so immature
Ashleigh: Is he actually looking for me to go after him?
That's most of conversation. Anyone who cannot see how it was a 2 sided tiff is completely biased.

It's annoying because only yesterday they were having a gossip about Christopher and Mark kissing and they were getting on really well, like they have ALL SERIES. Yet ONE tiff and suddenly everyone thinks Ashleigh is nasty. It's pathetic.
I like Christopher but I don't see him as St Christopher like so many seem to. Remember when he was the mole and dropped Chris and Ashleigh in it, his "friends". Chrisopher should be a little more understanding....Ashleigh has had a harder time in there out of all the housemates....stitched up here stitched up there...it was a glib remark from Christopher but he should have understood her reaction. She has saved him twice the last two weeks.

Sorry, but I think you're the one being biased in favour of Ashleigh. The fact is that she snapped at him for no good reason.
As for the YouTube video, I'm confident that, had that been someone else, the dislike bar would have been much higher. Like Gina last year, Ashleigh gets allowances for acting badly. There's always some sort of excuse for her.
She was one of my strong favourites this time last week, but she's been irritating me lately.

Chrisopher should be a little more understanding....Ashleigh has had a harder time in there out of all the housemates....stitched up here stitched up there...it was a glib remark from Christopher but he should have understood her reaction. She has saved him twice the last two weeks.
Mark speaks to him far worse than that and so has Helen. He is a weak little irritant. I know he is harmless but if any of us were in there with him we would probably snap at him as well.
Especially considering they are friends, she is stressed and likely to be on her period. He was the opposite of understanding though, he was looking to get a rise out of her, that's just as bad as Ashleigh snapping I think. That's why it annoys me that Ashleigh is getting all the blame for a 2 person tiff.

But it will hurt her chances if she starts being mean again
She won't become mean to Christopher I don't think, She's spent the last 7 weeks liking him, she does seem to be quite a loyal person I think, but look Christopher is one of my (if not my actual) favourite so if it is that she's going to be like this with him alot then it will turn me off her, however I think it's just something and nothing tbh

I will admit that her lack of emotion when Toya left was a little odd, but i put that down to her having the comfort of Danielle by her side. When Danielle left and she said certain comments about liking Chris more than Danielle etc. I did wonder if she was a loyal friend or not. Though i think the Danielle thing was due to her finding out that Danielle wasn't the prude she was making out to be for all those weeks. But i'm pretty sure she did state in the DR at some point that she doesn't show emotion like most people.

Her use and abuse strategy has been as clear as a bell for several weeks now yet all we hear is ... aw poor little Ashleigh, she is after all only 18 years old.... What has Ashleigh's behaviour got to do with "Mummy"? I just don't understand why you're bringing her mum into it
As for her "using" and "abusing" people, hasn't she been with the same boyfriend since she was 16? She's clearly loyal to him and in love with him, so there's no using going on there. The way i see it is; people she cares about/people who mean a lot to her, she treats well. Afterall, she's known Christopher etc. for a few+ weeks, she has no idea who she can trust in that house & who deserves her trust.

Ashleigh is a bitch for snapping at Christopher when he has been a friend to her in there but then again one of the main reasons I would love him to win is that housemates have been picking on him since the very first week. I mean HOW many nominations has he received. HOW many times has he been up for eviction. Its no secret I don't like Ashleigh but I think she took it too far and then was walking around the following morning ( or was it later last night)waiting for Christopher to apologise to her??????? I hope people wake up to the fact that she is not all sweetness and light.

Talk to people what way? She snapped, everyone snaps when they're in a bad mood. But if that's the way you think then maybe your mummy should have told you certain things aswell, like not commenting on peoples appearances. (bringing up Ashleigh spots tut tut :nono: ) However i don't think a parent can be 100% responsible for their child's behaviour :)
& I'm not even sticking up for Ashleigh (i'm more team Christopher, tbh & i think Ashleigh shouldn't have snapped at Christmas like that) i'm just sticking up for her Mum, who shouldn't really have been bought into this

How DARE Christopher patronise Ashleigh with all that "don't be so immature" crap! Ashleigh may be 18 but she's endured more BS than anyone in there!
Was Ashleigh being a bit snappy? Perhaps. But Christopher should've considered 2 things before attacking her:
1) As others have mentioned, it might be her period. That was the very first thing I thought.
2) A girl as beautiful as Ashleigh can talk to a runt like Chris any way she likes! Lets face it: when you're as stunningly gorgeous as her, you don't have to be nice! It's not fair, but it's the way it is and Christopher needs to accept that and take what he's given.

It takes a while for some people to realise they were in the wrong. Hey i may even be wrong and she might carry it on tomorrow, we'll have to wait and see how it pans out. I hope she apologises for snapping at him and then they hug it out.
I really like Christopher, but I wonder why the first time he has been shown to be really angry and said "I won't let someone speak to me like that" it is about a silly tiff with Ashleigh?
Pauline treated him like a piece of s*** and he was all reasonable and talked to her about it as if it was his own fault. Helen treated him like a piece of s*** and he does the same. Not once did he stomp off angrily and say "I won't let someone speak to me like that!"
Mark treats him like a piece of **** and he looks at him all puppy dog eyes and lets him do it.
Ashleigh has never treated him like Pauline, Helen or Mark did. And Christopher does tend to go on and on a bit sometimes when he is talking...So I am not at all impressed that Ashleigh can't be tired and tetchy and not want to hear about what BB might have in store without Christopher doing a Mark impression and flouncing off to the bedroom and saying she should grow up.
Did i say she regretted it right at that moment? :conf:

Christopher wants £100k just as much as the rest of the housemates do. Everyone has their own game plan and this is Christopher's. A far less obvious game plan of instead of playing up to the cameras or going for the female vote etc, try and make the popular housemates less popular.
You can't blame him, but it's below the belt in my opinion.

Everybody has had days like this and I won't change my perception on somebody based on 1 argument that was clearly based on stress, exhaustion, and miscommunication.
If this behavior continues and becomes more frequent then I will reconsider my opinions but if this is the only time I've been unimpressed with Ashleigh in 56 days, I think her track record is pretty good and I still like her a lot.
Sometimes we hold housemates to a higher standard than ourselves or anybody else and I don't think it is fair to do that just because they are on television.

THIS is the reason Ashleigh has lost the crown. It is precisely this that upset Christopher so much and why the little 'tiff' was much much more.
It showed Ashleigh's belief of her superiority, or her disdain for humble Christopher, who should bow down and worship at her feet and be understanding of her PMT, or whatever,
and if Ashleigh is fed up of hearing a particular person, then that particular person should just shut up and go away. If Ashleigh is tired, then all around her must pander to her. etc. etc.
