He was pleased that the question had been raised whereas Mark and especially Zoe, went into their own little tantrums of denying all things. Now points should have been given to Chris but none were earned on that day. What was the point of it then?

Possibly you are only being freaked out by your own paranoia, I say this with respect because we all have the right to be friends with whomsoever we want. As said it is the boundaries which count and we have to remember that Ashleigh went to Chris in the beginning and she still respects his friendship. If she was "running" away from him it would be a different matter but she needs him. She needs to know that she has someone to go to as she wasnt accepted along with Chris. They began by using each other but now they respect each other. Hopefully he will stay on Friday as he deserves to be there until the end. It is only through the grapevine that people are looking for something unhealthy in this respect. It isnt there, Chris is to intelligent.
