View Full Version : Has Helen become lovable?

Chris has been the voice of reason from the start saying in the diary room what the vast majority of the public has been thinking, he now says he feels she's become lovable......does anyone agree?

I think she's mellowed and become warmer as a character, what do you think?

No. And Chris has nothing to do with that.

There is no one left to challenge her. She's happy to be friends with Ashleigh and Zoe.

Hell no. Helen will still be first out in the final. But has been a big part of this BB.

She's definitely top dog, maybe she's one of those people who cast judgements and then gets to know the person and realises that they are actually quite nice:shrug:

Not at all. She's still the same girl, she's just changed from screeching at people's faces to getting off on the misery of others. Her ~transformation~ is bull****.

I wouldn't use the word 'lovable' but she's definitely shown her softer side which maybe could be seen as that.

If this is a game plan by her its definatly backfired.

Yes, but she always was when not hurt and therefore angry. Winston was out of order tonight, trying to turn viewers against.
I also do not want Mark to win, to over the too to often, wearing bit thin.
Find Helen very real, very genuine.go girl, be happy

She's just happy to have a friend...
Maybe by being forced to stop being aggressive and confrontational she has seen that being (relatively nice) has it's rewards of friendship.
However...she really hasn't changed..she's been restrained.
But maybe there is hope....

I also came to like Helen.
I know she will not win but in my view this has been her series, right from day one this series would have been bigtime the poorer for not having her in it.

I didn't see her as a bully myself, often too much over the top and way too outspoken with a foul mouth at times but not really a bully.
For me that word gets abused a great deal and to people who have really been bullied that's a disservice.

If anything she has become more unlovable! I don't buy the " journey" rubbish, she I
Has calmed down because of the warnings from BB. Still a loud mouth gobby cow

She still bitches at the drop of a hat...she just doesn't rant anymore...
1. Because she has no supporters anymore..
2. Because she's on a final warning....

...but we can still hope :joker:

In the main yes. One more time and she would have gone. She has managed to curb it because of the final warning. So at least she realised that she was being a **** in the eyes of BB.And to stay had to act accordinly.

On the outside she would not have to control it. And maybe will get a slap in a bar again. Who knows.

hell no. not only is she often a loud mouthed bully, an abusive hot tempered fool, shes also two faced as well, shes pretty much a sad symptom of a double dumbed down society....despite that shes not my least favourite hm, that award goes to zoe

If she's progressed as a person in any way and decided to be nicer then good for her but it doesn't make any difference to whether she should stay in the big brother house or not and it does not undo her horrible bullying earlier in the series. Furthermore, she's been a complete whiner as of late and is just getting irritating all over again, but for different reasons. She can't stand not to take offence at virtually anything directed at her.

Helen's as lovable as a big hug from a poisonous snake. She was this 'tell it like it is' person and the minute she got a final warning from BB she changed overnight which says she is being totally fake because nobody could change that quickly. It's not possible.
Instead of being outright nasty and bullying she now makes snide comments about people and when something nice is being said about someone she sits there with a sour, sneering look on her face.
And she is no more self - aware as she ever was. When she was told she was the 'most likely to fly off the handle' she yelled "I DON'T DO THATTTT - WHEN HAVE I EVER DONE THATTTT" She's a fool.

Don't "love" her, but she isn't horrible like she was at the start. I think all the originals are getting on much better with each other now and have all become friends. Why is that a bad thing?

No. I think she genuinely cares about the people that she likes/loves and because there's no-one in there that she particularly dislikes or feels the need to 'control' (because she's already made her position known), she's chilled out and become a 'warmer' person with them, but that horrible nasty side of her is still there and still pops its head up every now and then to let us know she hasn't gone. Just because she isn't a nasty bitch at the moment doesn't mean she isn't one. A nice person doesn't act the way she did for the first half of the show.

Not at all. There just isn't anyone for her to argue with, hence why she isn't as vile to watch as she was before. She's still the same person back then as she is now.

My son pointed out last night ,she's Northern (as I am ) we have a different attitude to life,we see things as the are,not as we want them to be,we live in the real world ,there are a lot of straight talking, blunt women in the north ,and I prefer that to fake southerners

Not at all, shes slightly more bearable and has always shown redeeming qualities but shes still very verbally aggressive, bitchy (now with Ashleigh about Zoe) and not self-aware.

Just because she has put the lid on her temper because of BB's FINAL WARNING does not mean she is lovable!!!
