There was venom in Ashleigh's words and etched in her face. So no, it wasn't an every day tiff between friends etc

A spat, I don't think I have ever called one of my 'so called' friends a brat.
neither would I see myself in a situation where I would likely show them up in front of others like Ashleigh chose to, when in fact she could have just got up and walked off to somewhere quieter.
Some spat,some friends I say.

Chuff there are only a handful of us that can see her nastiness. She is showing her true colours but alas, has she got her crowd conned with the blue eyes and blond hair, It would appear so. Ive seen so many Ashleighs in my life and they all end up shooting themselves in the foot sooner or later.

It was obvious the public would turn against her, her behaviour hasn't changed in regards t the petty comments infact she was worse than this most days when Danielle was there lol she is nowhere near as miserable as most of them though.
The public just cant stand to see someone do well they think their either to big for their boots or cocky.
The public build people up to rip them down.
I see another Gina happening, Ashleigh was given that immunity thing and all the support in tasks way to soon. The public are to fickle to stand watching a girl being grateful for longer than a week lol.

The power hm8,immunity has been her undoing ,its made her true colours of being a brat come out
So why has the public given her immunity and voted her most interesting ect since that?
The power housemate wasn't the reason its the fact the public don't like to watch people they think are to cocky.
Ashleigh hasn't become to big for her boots the public will just have more focus on her now and as she's favourite will pick up on anything to bring her down.
People really need to direct this opinion towards Zoe who im sorry to say has become one of my least favourite. Her saying "I have loads of stories and that" in the most interesting task made me go off her. She thinks just because her stories include famous people we would be more interested?
Fame does not = interesting.

Whitby fish and chips :loved up: going on Monday for hubbys birthday !!
We did that resturant yesterday. We have been in Whitby for 4 days and Ive just arrived here at Brid. The telly is set up and I have glorious goodwood on. Ive had a silly bet on an each way 6/1 shot called songcraft in the 1 55 so I will be watching that nag come nowhere, lol. we will do a week here and then shoot down to Skegy then over to the peak district and up to the dales before heading home. ! month away is enough.
I couldn't handle the caravan anymore so we bought a motorhome which requires no setting up, just arrive and stick the kettle on and away we go.
The wife has gone for a walk on the beach and im kicking back chiiled,

I like it when Ashleigh gets a bit annoyed, it makes her DR clips really funny. Like when she had a go about Zoe.
BB spoiled it all by playing her clips to Helen and the gang, because I'd say she would have been TV gold if she was less guarded.

I have days when I cannot be bothered but if I was sitting in a group of 'friends' or a mix of friends and others, and one said something,I wouldn't show them up and make a scene as to what they were saying to everyone else and not just to me.
Ashleigh couldn't be bothered, was having a rough day, fair enough, get up and clear off then don't show Christopher up.
That is not how friends treat each other at all.

Ashleigh was feeling stressed because of the task. If Christopher is her friend, why did he spend all morning trying to wind her up and get a rise out of her? He wasn't laughing was he, so it wasn't like an Ash teasing moment. He knew what he was doing and knew he would get away with it because he is "saint" Christopher. Underhanded from Christopher just like when he threw his "friends" under the bus during the mole task in Armageddon week. Christopher's game plan is play the victim card and get the sympathy vote and has done it from day 1 to present. Why does he never react to Mark like he did to Ashleigh? Because he knows that the Mark relationship is his main source of revenue when it comes to getting sympathy.

Which programme are you watching, You do know that Ashleigh is the blonde bint, not the dark one don't you. I cant relate to some of your comments as they don't cover topical points but I guess each to their own. I tend to think Ashleigh is a brat and that's all that she portrays. Pretty boring after that as all she does is whinge, [lay with her hair and talks about others behind their backs. I am waiting to see her face up to someone about a valid point as opposed to bitching at them.

Why do you have to bring Helen into every argument, its as if you need to deflect the truth away from Dermaglen Dotty. She has been caught out and left wanting. All the hate threads are about her and very few for Helen. In fact if you look at the site, I cant see anything bad written about the eventual winner the ever charismatic Winston.

So when she was sitting with Pauline & Toya, slating other people and laughing when Pauline/Toya consistently belittled Christopher and others, that wasnt participating in bullying?
When she told Toya that she could "kick Danielles head in" for talking to Kim when it had been decided by Toya and Ashleigh, that they did not like her, and were ostracising her, thats wasnt a form of bullying?
When she sat in that dressing gown, in the bedroom and in the pod, slagging off Helen every minute of the day, even when Helen wasnt doing anything wrong, and Ash, when he has only ever been nice to her, she was vile about Jale constantly too, but she's such a nice girl??

If she was feeling stressed then leave the company of others, also had Christopher 'only' been talking to her then she may have had a bit of justification to respond.
He wasn't though,he was addressing everyone else there too, all she had to do was clear off and leave them to it, no one else seemed bothered at his choice of conversation.
Why should she be treated as anything extra special,by all means she can be feeling miserable but she didn't need to bring all down to her level at that point.
Just clear off until she felt better is all she had to do and more to the point say 'nothing at all' to Christopher.
Pete.

bullying is horrible and disgusting
Yes she does demand stuff, she asked Chris if Christopher was ready to apologise to her:joker::joker: who does she think she is.
Give me a break
Tip of the Week: Wearing rose tinted specs while watching TV can damage your eyesight

Only comment I see there that I agree with is " I don't understand the fuss over that Ashleigh/Christopher argument. You see that everyday between friends/brothers and sisters." It wasn't even an argument, just a little spat between friends.
She's standing up to a "man" in a public arena for all to see, that's her big mistake.

There was venom in Ashleigh's words and etched in her face. So no, it wasn't an every day tiff between friends etc
Don't exaggerate; there was tiredness and frustration in her voice/face. And if you think it's not normal then I'd love you to meet My 14 yr old niece and 13 yr old nephew.

The brat thing is just under the belt and unnecessary though.
Defined as "a child, typically one that is badly behaved."
It's just an ageist word to use, especially in that case. She's no longer a minor, legally, so it's a very inaccurate and loaded word to use...

She came over as pre-menstrual to me.
The way people on here talk about the hm's in the most derogatory/personal way on here and other BB related message boards amazes Me-you're talking about REAL people. Show some ********** respect, or is it the same old s*** of it's ok for Me to be rude/aggressive but not for anyone else to.
Ashleigh is a normal 18 yr old woman, just because she doesn't come up to other people's standards doesn't make her any less deserving of respect/sensitivity.
This board and others like it makes Me realise why I rarely admit to liking BB-I would HATE to meet one of the rude/aggressive/judgemental hypocrites who watch the show and demonstrate so much ill will and thoughts of physically harming people who went on some t.v show.
Really, I can't get over the fact that we are'nt supposed to insult each other but because the people on the show are all safely away from us and can't see how much some want to harm them, they're fair game.

The fact that numerous people are calling her a brat, points to the fact that maybe there is some truth in it. Newsflash, good girls don't swear, shag and bitch and all achieved to a very high degree as a teenager. Maybe in some peoples world it is acceptable and applauded, but certainly not in mine.
I think I will stay with the idea that a nice girl chooses her BF wisely and keeps her legs shut till at least 18. She wont swear or disrespect her elders and is polite and courteous to her peers. Call me old fashioned but if Ashleigh comes within a country mile of that criteria, I will eat my hat.

"brat" like "madam" is just a Daily mail-like way of insulting young women who don't conform to some victorian ideal. The same mentality applauds guys who act like this because as we all know, nudge, nudge, wink, wink, "boys will be boys" and anyway, they're "just letting off steam".
I just get the impression from how differently the women are treated/talked about to how men are treated/talked about on the show that the over-riding belief is that "girls" should be seen and not heard.

I don't think you really do think that, I think that's what you feel you should think lol.
Her behaviour hasn't changed since receiving all this public attention.
All this is over a petty squabble because she was pissed off at Christophers constant speculation.
I didn't realise having a childish squabble made someone a hate figure but the British public are very fickle and will like to think its gone to her head so they can knock her down.

FFS that was the definition of a ridiculous petty squabble lol. It was funny to watch in my opinion it just showed the strain it takes living in the house.
Nice to see someone still acting naturally instead of behaving well in hope to keep the publics fav.
When voted favourite most people wouldn't dare raise their voice or misbehave incase they lost that title, Ashleigh isn't like that.
She was tired, Christopher annoyed her by his constant speculation and she snapped at him, that's it. Im sure we have all snapped at people like our brothers or sisters when living with them 24/7.

No she snapped at Christopher because he was the one who had been baiting her all morning. Why was he doing that? Why was he taking advantage of his "friend" when she was feeling so stressed out about maybe having to do something sexual and degrading? Why did Christopher react like that with Ashleigh and never reacts like that with Mark, who is constantly being mean and treating him badly?

To the people saying Ashleigh never stoof up to Helen aswell go educate yourselves.
You have obviously been fooled by the highlights shortened edit because in reality she did stand up to Helen in a big way.
See below :)

She was a failure in that video, I posted that video on DS and said she sounded like she was going to cry towards the end of that video, That way mark and winston step in and told helen off.
She's weak never has she gone directly against helen or step in to help a housemate out when attacked by helen.
Ashleigh is a FAKE.

Are all 18yr olds this rude? No they are not, apologists for this ridiculous adolescent behaviour try to justify it by saying this but it doesn't wash really.

LOL I give up on this thread.
All this over a little tiff.
This happens all the time with the favourite near the end.
I know Jim earlier this year was not your idea of a winner and a couple of others here. But he walked it.
Just part of the game, as long as it does not go too far.

No she doesn't...she confronts people when she has had a few drinks for Dutch courage or if she has a gang to back her up....she's just a mean coward.

Helen was and still is not a pleasant person in any way, shape or form. Ashleigh might be a brat, but to think Ashleigh worse than Helen?
Just to try to score points for a laugh.

Chuff there are only a handful of us that can see her nastiness. She is showing her true colours but alas, has she got her crowd conned with the blue eyes and blond hair, It would appear so. Ive seen so many Ashleighs in my life and they all end up shooting themselves in the foot sooner or later.
Blond hair, lol, she has black roots. I have seen venom on her face loads. Think like Helen best out of them all, whst you see is what you get.
