Endemol considering legal action over The Club

Difital Spy reports that, according to 'Broadcast' magazine, Endemol is considering whether to take legal action over ITV's new reality series The Club.

The Club IS similar to Bar Wars, but I think there are a couple of important differences:

1. The fact that there will be celebrities involved in The Club.

2. The public are the ones who get to vote out members of staff.

I'll be interested to see the outcome of any potential legal action,, although I doubt that there will actually be any. :spin2:

3. It will be a decent series. I thought endemol would be ashamed to recognise that they were involved with it
