View Full Version : Christopher is despicable...
What a s*** he is turning out to be. What he did to Mark in that task was despicable. What feelings does he have for him, to hurt him that way? I know Ash voted Winston as the most attractive but he did that for a laugh to rile Helen.
The way he behaved pulling his creepy flirty faces when Mark was tackling him was nauseating.
Then he goes and talks behind Mark's back in the garden after they supposedly made up. The two faced prat. He is getting so full of himself.
He was all over Mark when he thought he was going to win, and now he's agreeing with the public's perception of Mark to get brownie points. I can't stand him anymore.
I don't like Helen, but I'll give her this - she is loyal to her friends. She did well tonight sticking up for Mark, so good on her. Christopher is a *unt.

The majority will disagree with you because St Christopher has managed to convince everyone that he is a lovely genuine guy and forever the victim. His game plan is basically to be a cross between Jar Jar Binks and Verbal Kint.

The good thing is, those who dislike the housemates you mention, and I agree with what you said in your post, can do little in the final.
The vote then will be vote to win, not evict so only the people who like the housemates will be able to influence that result.

Do you watch every highlights show and every upload and read all the twitter comments etc?
When I saw Jale return from the garden using Helen's lipstick thing, looking straight at Helen whilst walking towards her I knew Jale was using the game plan of going for the sympathy vote. It was obvious. Helen reacts and Jale acts all innocent and offended and gets sympathy from the public. Eventually Jale dropped this game plan and got settled in with the cool kids where she turned her back on Marlon, her "friend".
Toya had a conversation very early on TO Jale about Christopher, saying he had a game plan. Jale dismissed what Toya was saying. Jale and Christopher have used the same game plan, the only difference is that Christopher has been better at it and has not dropped it like Jale did. Christopher is also not as nasty a person as Jale, so he is able to keep up the charade much better.
Did the blandest housemate of the year do something interesting tonight? Oh no. He accused Mark of being the biggest gameplayer. So, bland and disloyal.
I thought he was nice and I liked him when he kept a lower profile (or wasn't being shown much in the edits) and didn't understand why most of the HM's found him so annoying. Now I know. In the last few HL shows he hasn't shut up and he drones on and on and on.
He's discovered Mark isn't fave to win like they all thought he was and he thinks the public will like him for thinking about Mark like they do. He threw Mark under the bus and the public aren't stupid. His popularity will drop after tonight.

I don't really see what Christopher did that was soooooo wrong!
Nobody else was taking it that seriously and he just did the same. They were trying to answer the same way as Mark, Helen and Winston would and not necessarily exactly what they thought. It wasn't a declaration task or anything!
The only reason Mark got so uppity about it was because he's on a massive "clear my name - Damage Limitation" drive after so much truth got handed to him this week. After the way Mark's treated Christopher you can hardly expect him to answer everything in a super arse-licky way. And Mark IS a massive gameplayer so why is Christopher getting stick for saying it! :bored:
And i'm an Ashleigh supporter so this bullsh*t about her supporters trying to take Christopher out because he's competition for her is just that........BULLSH*T!!!

It's an Ashleigh obsession. The poster you quoted thinks everything an Ashleigh fan (like me) posts is just tactical and always to do with pushing her for the win. If you say you dislike something a HM has done, it's not because you really dislike it, it's just to bring them down because they might be a threat to Ashleigh.
It can't have anything to do with just being angry at a HM's behaviour or not liking seeing someone being hurt etc. You can't have a negative opinion on anyone else without it being all about Ashleigh.
It immature and tiresome but lots of people do it or agree with those who do. Pathetic really.

Mark is a game player, but his game plan is obvious. Play up to the cameras and be an exaggerated version of himself. He is annoying a lot of the time, but he is also funny a lot of the time.
Christopher's game plan is different. It's all about playing the victim and creating sympathy. The reason he has spent so much time with Mark and allowed Mark to treat him badly is because he knows the public will feel sorry for him. If he was really that bothered by how Mark treats him, he would drop him. He is not bothered, because Mark treating him badly is what Christopher wants otherwise there is no sympathy for him is there?
The housemates have found him annoying since the start. Being annoying will get housemates to dislike you and you become the underdog and get sympathy from the public. Everything Christopher does in the house revolves around him getting sympathy. If you watch his VT you don't see the Jar Jar Binks character he has been in the house. Day 2 he said to Ashleigh on the wee tea upload "let's play the game". Out of the 7 originals, 4 have game plans and 3 are just being themselves. 2 of the 4 with game plans have obvious game plans and the other 2 have more calculated game plans. I am not going to say which are which because everyone knows if they think it through.
I don't really see what Christopher did that was soooooo wrong!

It didn't really work out like that though. C had voted Mark as not the most loyal. Mark fully expected C to vote him most trustworthy when he held up his card with the Number 1 on it (one person) and he had drawn a heart on it as well. He fully expected C to have voted for him for that - that is when it seemed he got really hurt.
He put 5 people on the card for game player because he was annoyed with C and also bearing in mind the focus group but after he had held up the card with the heart and got shot down I don't think it entered his mind C would really vote him biggest game player.
Imo it was cruel of C not to try to boost him after the week he had had when he knew very well that Mark was feeling down about it. Really cruel considering they were closest to each other in the house.
I now think C has been using Mark to get airtime and sympathy. Before his thing with Mark, he wasn't in the picture at all.

Christopher has learnt to pick his battles with mark so mark has to 'invent' drama.
People can twist it any way they like, but Mark and Christopher are partners in the house and talked about going on dates outside. No matter what, Christopher should have shown him some loyalty and respect both in the task and in the garden afterwards, when he was slagging off Mark to Chris about 'the stupid tealeaf thing' and the 'stupid comments he makes'!!! With friends like Christopher, who needs enemies. What an asshole.

We know the answer, don't we? Without that, Christopher would have no story line, no air time. He loves it. He encouraged it.
Since he realized Mark wasn't the public's fave after all, he has become much more assertive with him as it doesn't suit him to be seen as Mark's play thing any more. Now it's all "I'm not going to be treated like that!" and agreeing with the public's opinion of him.

Christopher is still my number 2 but I like him a bit less now, he is obviously well versed in pretending to be someone he's not. His accent is absolutely unnatural for the son of a dairy farmer from Fermanagh, it is a posh, South Belfast (Cherry Velly) accent and anyone from Northern Ireland will know this. I still hope he comes 2nd though as the rest of them are worse than him.

That was earlier on in the relationship - and is hardly on a par to finding out that your partner/friend in the house doesn't think much of you and has no affection or loyalty for you.
Mark had held up his card for the 'most trustworthy' with the number 1 for 1 person and a heart drawn on it and smiled at Christopher, he was so sure he would pick him. When he didn't, that was the moment Mark was hurt and probably embarrassed and it was cruel for CH to then go on and stick the knife in by voting him the biggest gameplayer as well, whether it would help Mark win or not.
It was so insensitive, or even worse, geared to annoy Mark and curry favour with the public now he knows Mark isn't popular. Then they later make up and CH goes and slags him off behind his back to Chris.
Since the focus group said CH was ruining his chances by being with Mark and the revelation he isn't popular as he thought, he has really changed towards him.
