I think you are right, the anti Chris crusade did backfire. However most of what she says is on the auto cue or cue cards.

I was in the BBOTS audience last Wednesday and was the only person to defend Chris even then I had to ask to defend him. It is supposed to be a balanced debate, sadly this doesn't always happen. Steven was allowed to slag of Chris time and time again.
