When the HL shows come on and after a particular screening with a HM, that HMs face comes up with three initials as if to indicate their first name, middle name and surname. I've been following it and here is how they turn out:

Pav - PNO
Christopher - CTR
Mark - MNT
Chris - CRM
Helen - HNK
Ash - ABN
Winston - WSK

Ashleigh - JGM

Don't know why Ashleigh is JGM!!!

I agree it is not their surnames. The previous HMs had the initial first name (I had a list but lost) but I do remember that Zoes began with Z.

Mark's name is Mark Byron…so they don't seem to be his initials.
