I totally agree. In my opinion, Jocast brought nothing to the show really.

In the grand scheme of things Jocasta's not that great. But like... the Detonators exist so that alone puts her in the top half. She's also genuinely a nice person (a rarity in BBUS) and broke out the past two weeks with the best DRs. With a season this bad you don't need to do much else to win favor with me.
