Yes for weeks and weeks now our girl Ashleigh has been taking the royal wee out of Helen.

Ever since dannielle left Ashleigh instead of going in her shell like most thought, she has actually upped her game and called Helen out for her behaviour both to her face and in tasks as well as behind her back to chris.

Our Ashleigh has given her chance after chance because that's the nice type she is, yet Helen cant see past herself to realise that Ashleigh is humouring her and finds her, like most of the public, disgusting, rude and threatening, but still Ashleigh like a deserved winner shows Helen up time and time again for what she really is.

Not once has Helen been as aggressive to Ashleigh as she threatens to be in the safety of her sad coven, no, she poops a bit and stutters and pauses her way through her confrontation that Ashleigh so brilliantly sets up to happen.

Ashleigh for the win, Helen for the bin.

I agree, not the way I see it either. I don't get this Ashleigh being good for giving Helen supposed more chances too.

After the vt playbacks that Helen and others saw, they are the aggrieved people as to Ashleigh, it is Ashleigh that should have the more chances given as much as Helen in my view.

You would have thought more of Ashleigh for defending Chris, despite the fact that Chris was lying? He did say in the DR that he wasn't going to keep to the pact. She's a very good judge of character perhaps?

And as for Christopher, he needs no one to defend him.

Despite being younger, Ashleigh is far more mature than Helen. I'm so tired of hearing Helen's droney voice banging on and on, never for a moment thinking that there's an outside possibility that she may be wrong about anything.

Helen claims she's "honest" and "tells it like it is". What that actually translates to in the real world is that she's rude, tactless and doesn't know when to shut tf up.

Ashleigh is a smart girl. She seems to be able to read the situation like a book.

Helen isn't smart and she'll only pick on people that are defenseless. She said it herself, Ashleigh is in a very strong position. Everyone in the house knows it. So Helen is keeping the ****** away from her. No matter what the girl says.

Last nights episode had two "fights". The first was between Ashleigh and Helen. It was quiet, controlled and in private. The others, sitting outside, were dying to hear what was being said.

The second was between Helen, and co, versus Chris. Public, loud, cursing, not letting Chris finish a sentence.

Compare the two. Who had the upper hand in each situation? Who is the dominant female?

Just to compound the point, who did Helen go to before the second fight? Before anything was said outside, she explained herself to Ashleigh.

She articulates things as well as anyone else in the house. She's tactless though, and aggressive. When people say she would have been a nightmare at school, they're right. Most people have had a Helen in their life at one time or another, and it's not been a pleasant experience. Frankly I'm amazed that she's got any support at all.

Actually I'm kind of glad she didn't get kicked out. Simply because we've gotten to watch how a real aggressive person works. It all goes back to who she argues with and how.

I find it amusing how Helen tiptoes around a much younger girl, half her size, who rarely raises her voice.

You can only be a bully when the target is afraid. Ashleigh isn't afraid. Helen stays away.

So true. Overpowering, empty vessels and squeaky wheels get all the attention. We've waited weeks for Christopher to come out of his shell. Had Helen, the gob on a stick, gone early on things could have been so different.

Something else I thought was quite telling about her, having been away from her kid for the whole summer, is she planning something great when she gets out? No. She's planning a trip to Ibiza with her mates.

Come on, the only time that's happened was when she got pulled for her behaviour by big brother.

An instance of her vileness could be seen last night when Ashleigh and chris explained what they were actually talking about when Helen half heard from the toilet. now remember how Helen reacted to this even getting an apology from a confused chris.

Point is, Helen didn't even offer an apology when it was explained to her that they were actuall giving reasons as to why they had actually come round to liking her.

I really disliked her when she first went in,hated the fact that she slept with Wayne Rooney, that was my main reason, didn't like her being awful to Jale and in the row with Danielle,I actually was on Danielles side, over the weeks however I have seen a few things in Helen that I think we all have, yes she swears like a trooper, but I wont hold that against her,I think during life she has had a lot of negativity and it shows,I don't think she is that confident hence the surgery she's had,she shouts too much, but that's hardly a crime,i like that she sees the bad things in herself, she knows she is aggressive and angry, maybe she can get help for that,I just think she would be a loyal friend ,she jumps the gun far too quickly, she needs to listen more, but on the whole I don't think she is all bad as some would have us believe, she's not my fave by any means, but I much prefer her to Ashleigh, who imo has done nothing really of interest, her storyline is mainly based round the feud with Helen, and I think Helen has been an entertaining housemate in the sense she gets stuck into tasks,is up for a laugh and has been the centre of a lot of storylines,I just see a kind of sadness in Helen, are you asleep yet Livia? lol so that is a summary of how Helen has changed for me.I kinda feel sorry for her with some of the comments she has heard, must hurt deep down.

One thing I have wondered about Helen......Does she behave in this way at her Business premises and if so does she have any customers.?

The age difference and life experience should have worked against Ashleigh yet every time she has bested Helen. The Evil plan was not evil she used her mind not her mouth.

This was the moment when Helen realised she had met her match and Ashleigh has owned her good and proper ever since.

Ok all valid points.

The other side of things, that is to say the reasons for disliking her. She comes from a fairly comfortable background, yet acts rough as nails. She was a prostitute. She has a foul mouth and tends to pick on the weak around her. Her "storylines" tend to be about her almost relationship with Ash and the fights that she has been involved in. I personally don't find someone picking on others to be entertainment. Most of the comments against her have been of her own doing. And she really can't cope with someone criticising her, despite being the first person to openly criticise others.

I don't buy the whole "sadness" angle because she is her own worst enemy. An overly aggressive, loud mouth, with a bad attitude, who only picks on the weakest around her, is not sad. Its the kind of person that I have no interest in.

A business is a business. She wouldn't act the same way in front of her customers.

But I can't imagine what she'd be like to live near. Could you imagine having a drunken loud mouth shout obscenities at you on a regular basis?

Don't think Ashleigh owns Helen at all. In an artificial environment like BB, people can appear stronger/better than they really are.

There is a lot about Helen's character that is not pretty, and some of it is downright ugly, but I have also seen other sides to her character that make her very appealing and endearing, believe it or not. So, I would say, very conflicted character, but most certainly not the vile beast that many portray her as.

Ashleigh wears a mask of acceptability most of the time, in contrast to Helen, I have seen moments where her character has been ugly but because her usual face is more acceptable, people warm more to Ashleigh than Helen.

I think both would be a nightmare to live with, but if I had to choose between them, it would be Helen every time

Everyone wears a mask. Thats normal. Its completely natural to complain about those that we dislike. Its completely not acceptable to shout people down and hurl insults at people.

I know who I prefer, based entirely on how they have conducted themselves in the house.

That is not why I like her,but then again I don't suppose people are interested in that side,no need for the back handed insults either!!

Nor me Kazanne,I have come across as bad language from schoolkids, equally loud too.

Sadly, really foul language is almost the norm now and few bat an eyelid when they hear it.
I never use foul language,I see no need to but I don't judge people who do use it.

I find both Ashleigh and Helen, unpleasant for different reasons.
Helen doesn't think before she speaks, she would be a nightmare to reason with if she had the misguided idea you were against her.
However at least I would be in no doubt where I stood as to her, she would fire off at me if she didn't like me and I do feel she would be a loyal friend to those who she knows, that is an important word,'knows', she could trust.

Ashleigh is someone I would avoid because I have come across so many like her, 2 faced.
They cause endless difficulties for others because few know where they really stand with them, what they think of them,or what they are saying as to them to others behind their back.

For me,just in my view, if they were both packages, Helen comes wrapped up in brown paper, Ashleigh in pretty decorated paper.
However, what is the design of the wrapper often conceals the real content of what is inside the package and for me, Helen is a far more interesting and easier to read package than Ashleigh.
Ashleigh on the other hand would leave me wondering if you could ever tread easily around it or ever know whether it was really good for you or not.

That is why Helen gets my support of the 2,I am not bothered that they can both be aggressive, loud and foul mouthed, none of that comes into play with me at all.

When was the last "argument" that Helen had, where she felt aggrieved, where others had to strain their ears to hear what was being said.

After watching Ashleigh bitch the first time Helen ranted and raved, in private, but said nothing to her face. She only tackled Ashleigh after hearing crowd boos the following week. Since then all signs to the HMs have shown Ashleigh to be popular, and again Helen has avoided tackling her.

At least Helen has been a huge part of all that has happened in the house (good or bad) since day one. Ashleigh spent the first two weeks hardly featured atall but huddled in corners with Kim and Danielle, she spent the next two weeks bitching in the pod with Toya and when she left Danielle. She laughed and enjoyed herself the night that Danielle was evicgted and then told Chris that she was closer to him anyway. She has been acting like a child with that cuddly toy almost glued to her hip and smiling and scowling alternatively depending on whether things are going her way.

I liked her at the start \I thought she was pretty and smart but she has fooled many people but she certainly HASNT fooled me. I agree Helen is the bigger bitch and has probably spouted far move vile stuff than Princess Ashleigh but its sad but true that I much prefer Helen as a housemate. sorry

What have you been watching?

Ashleigh has been firmly up her arse to her face and even when Helen has called her out on stuff she's been too terrified to respond properly..Christopher is the one who stood up to her properly.

And yet Helen avoids face to face confrontation with her. Wonder why that is...

No way, the moment Helen saw the vt playbacks BB showed of Ashleigh calling her and others,Helen called her out on that the moment she and the others returned to the house.
Ashleigh sat there silent, unable to say a word because she knew she had been caught out good and proper.

It has remained much that way since that event too which was ages ago now.

What a great post Joey and you just know that once Helen had calmed down she would be open and take on your opinion.

That was the second time, and it was a couple of days after Ashleigh received boos from the crowd, as I stated above.

Before that, and since, Helen has tiptoed around Ashleigh. She even went to Ashleigh first, in last nights HLs, before the garden argument broke out.

Yes after weeks of giving abuse, name calling, cursing, warnings from whoever is in charge, Helen would calm down and listen... :joker:

Agreed.

I think we and a few others watch a completely different show each night going by the huge differences in opinion

Are you watching the same show as me ? because not ONCE has Ashleigh stood unto Helen

Ashleigh was always making it clear to Helen she couldn't stand her. Hence the reason Kimberly had to always say to Helen not to take the bait as she would look bad because Ashleigh is only 18.

And we all know they edited the Ashleigh/Helen confrontation down to nothing when Ashleigh clearly stood her ground and told Helen all that needed to be said.

What???? It was Helen that went to Ashleigh and asked about the chat in the bathroom,it was Helen who confronted her outside when they were shown the plasma of Ashleighs failed attempt to get Ash out,I think you have been watching the wrong channel.

Yes, you do. Ashleigh has never been "up Helen's arse" and it's absurd to think she has.

You do recall Kimberly telling Helen not to get into an argument with Ashleigh before any of this don't you?

Or are memories once again failing when it comes to Ashleigh from the usual characters

That would be the same BB that has played Ashleighs private conversations twice to the HMs, including DR clips. And the same BB that promised a safe pass, then took it away.

And? Helen took no notice.

Yes, she did. Helen was being told this long before any videos or conversations were played back. All the while Ashleigh was making it very clear to Helen that she didn't like her.

Hence the reason Kimberly had to tell her this.

Oh come on, she has.

Just last night she was telling an irate Helen that she had got her wires crossed about what she thought she had overheard. she also pulled her up when she said she wouldn't give any money to charity saying in front of her that it was disgusting.

for weeks now Ashleigh has had me intrigued with the way she will start a convo knowing exactly how Helen will react, she can then sit back and smile as Helen digs her own hole..it really is a pleasure to watch.
