Personally I prefer Vote to Save because it means boring housemates aren't left in.. but what do you guys think?

Vote to save.

Vote to evict would have probably got Jim Davidson evicted first.

Vote to save but with 3 or more up, so annoying that when they finally change it to 3 or more, they go back to VTE

I was going to pick vote to save but now that you mention it :D

Like Niamh said, VTS only works if 3 or more are up. with just 2 up and vote to save it basically becomes VTE

Yes, you're correct.

I am old school and believe in vote to evict all the way to the final and then vote to win.

I have no real preference, find the same housemate goes anyway.

Who'd have thought before this series that Tamara would be evicted over Danielle?

Vote to save (3 up at least obviously). Prefer to vote for my favourites, rather than vote to evict those I dislike. Both have had good and bad results though.

Its a tough one, I ultimately went with Vote to Save even if it did mean we lost Biannca</3

Tough question but I voted for Vote to EVICT.

Vote to save.

i doubt it, but it certainly would have ruined all the other CBB's.

it should be vote to save for the civilian series ALWAYS. no idea why they changed it back. its all rather odd. Marcus Bentley said it was to keep it ''fresh'', whats fresh about a dated voting system ?!:joker:

Vote to save is the far superior format, it let's us save the entertaining housemates (*cough* Speidi *cough*).

I wonder how HM's would behave if there was no noms & every HM was up for eviction every week anyway ?.
No nice HM's ?. It would hit the fan every day

VTE got rid of pauline, jale and steven and now mark (GOOD)

but it got rid of toya :(

vote to save would have likely got rid of all these housemates aswell.
and it only would have kept Toya, and probably evicted Ash or Marlon !

this series more than ever needed VTS along with a proper nomination format each week with the occasional twist.
it would have been a far more superior season IMO.

The save/evict debate is tiresome because people overstate how effective VTS is. Like, it kept Conor in and propelled Aaron to a win and Speidi to second place. Three strikes and you're out, ya know?

VTE is classic and makes evictions proper events, which is good. VTS (especially with a bunch nominated) makes evictions boring as **** because chances are you won't care about who is evicted.

VTS, but only if 3 or more hms are up

Pretty much the same as everyone else...VTS with 3+ people up.

VTS can get to someones head and then the public turn against them which is the downer of VTS

I don't mind either way to be honest. Both can be a pain in the arse at times. Vote to save kept Conor in. :idc:

I prefer vote to evict, it gets the nasties out faster.

I really cannot fathom why people keep saying this ?!?

The show was still using the format of 2 housemates up each week. Which week would Conor have gone on VTE ?!
Certainly not the first week he was up.
Certainly not the week he was up against Aaron where Conor went fairly quiet and Aaron was acting like a complete knob.
And certainly not the week he was up against Caroline .

Conor simply was not as hated by the general public as he was by the forums. He came out to quite loud cheers from that awful rent a mob as well.
He's one of my worst housemates of all time, but let's not pretend VTE would have made any difference

Vote to save for me.
Ever since I started watching BB I have always hoped for vote to save, because I want to be able to support the housemate/s I like rather than vote to evict someone all through the series.

I was pleased it began as vote to save on channel 5, then was very disappointed they have changed all that.
