Okay, Ashleigh supporters. The time has come. We all know why we like her. She's a tough, gritty, determined character with a bit of a harsh edge, but I like a girl with a spiky personality. She's been hanging on by a thin thread at times in that house and that just adds to the appeal of her winning the show for me. Add to that the fact that Helen and co. are becoming increasingly bitter about the possibility of her winning and that just seals the deal.

There is the problem of the biggest Big Brother cliche of them all however. That is female viewers feeling protective over and then voting for inoffensive, non-threatening, vulnerable "nice" guys like Christopher. I've been monitoring the polls since his silly argument with Helen last night and though Ashleigh is still outpolling him on most sites (Digital Spy being an exception), he has been gaining ground all night. Therefore we need to not get complacent and be sure to vote like mad for the girl when the lines open.

When you are voting it's not just for Ashleigh to Win it's to make sure a member of the nasty cool kids gang doesn't win.
