Stranger things have occurred, so will Pav pick up some momentum and end up in second place like those other naff housemates who seemed like dead ducks but somehow hung on in there until the last minute?

Eugene wasn't unlikely at all. I saw that a mile off.

Tbh I don't mind Pav but he came in a little too late, he needed to be in around day 25/30 at the latest. I reckon 4th place for him, possibly 3rd.

Are you kidding me? He's Marlon #2. Doesn't even deserve to be in the final.

No he's going to be 6th, he never speaks or has added anything to the house and will be forgotten when the series ends.
Lostie!

From the fan of someone who coasted through on a free pass. :laugh2: Pav's faced eviction every week he's been there and stayed, he's earned his spot more than Helen imo.
Anyway OP, I'd love for him to finish higher than 6th, but I doubt he will.
Eugene was up against Anthony, public enemy #1 and somebody who'd been in the house for one week, so he had a good chance at winning the whole thing (I think he could have done if he hadn't taken the money, because it made people think that he didn't need any more), and Jason was a big character so that wasn't too much of a surprise. Pav doesn't have the fan base to get to the top four, never mind top two.

Was Eugene an unlikely runner-up? He'd have won the whole thing had he not took the other 50k.

No I am not kidding you, that's the beauty of having my own opinions. ;)

The meltdowns would be hilarious if he won

Let's not forget David in BB10, he came through surprisingly well also.

You say "let's not forget" but unfortunately I had! That's why I plucked Eugene and Jason as examples...I can't actually remember who else (and there must have been a few) this applied to...

I agree Helen and Ash should go before him...however I think Helen and Ash will have more support purely because they have 'added' to the show by being the 'villains'..

I love how everyone writes pav off like the last 5 weeks he would be evicted he is in the final for a reason and maybe the public what someone that not to involved in either camp
Pav survived eviction every week. For that I think he should place 5th or 4th, above Helen or Helen and Ash (if he does come 4th)

Pav has only survived because other nominated housemates were more disliked than him.
