Day 66: Task - The Final Countdown
This is it. We have our finalists and in six days time, the winner of Big Brother 2014 will be crowned.
But before then, Big Brother wants the housemates to prove they deserve their place in the final six.
Today's task is designed to do just that.
First up, the gang will have to complete a CV detailing why they are qualified to be a finalist.
Next up there will be a physical challenge assessing their taskability, with prizes for the top three.
Lastly, the gang will have a chance to smear the competition as they give speeches stating why their fellow housemates should or shouldn't win.
Let battle commence.

The six remaining Big Brother 2014 housemates have been given a Final Countdown task.
A total of 19 housemates took part in this year’s run and since June some twelve have been evicted, and one poorly one has left.
It’s left us with the final six: Ash Harrison, Ashleigh Coyle, Chris R Wright, Christopher Hall, Helen Wood and Pav Paul.
On Friday night one of them will be crowned the champion of Big Brother 2014 and walk out with some £100,000.
But before that they’ve got one more task from Big Brother: Show why they deserve to be in the final.
All six have been provided with pens and paper to write up a CV which explains why they’re qualified to be in the BBUK 2014 final.
There will also be a “physical challenge” to the test the “taskability” with prizes dished out for the most successful housemates.
In the garden there is a:
• Electric shock wire
• Chilli eating – habanera chilli pepper/scotch bonnet
• Clippers
• Performance area
• Mystery box full of gross stuff that they have to fish something out of including chicken feet
• Bucket of gunge to tip on your head
The housemates must each take turns to go down the gauntlet of tasks, trying to do as many as possible, as this is their chance to prove themselves as Housemates.
Then in the evening the Housemates wil be gathered at the sofas. The Housemates faces will appear on the TV screen and housemates will take it in turns to stand and explain why that Housemate should or shouldn’t win Big Brother.

Day 66: What can we learn about housemates from their CVs?
Nineteen hopefuls applied for the highly coveted position of winner of Big Brother 2014, and after nine bittersweet weeks, you've helped us whittle it down to the final six. But who really has the skills to bag themselves the winner's title? Today's task required housemates to complete a CV detailing just why they're qualified to be a finalist.
We already know that teamwork and communication skills may be sometimes lacking for some of our housemates, but what other nuggets of information can we learn about the finalists from their carefully-crafed CVs? Let's have a look:
Ash
1. Pav's not the only guy with psychology credentials. Our main man from Manchester achieved an A-Level in both Psychology and Law.
2. Ash believes that it isn't his positive attitude or immature side that makes him stand out from the rest. It's his height.
3. In five years, Ash sees himself 'living the dream'. What dream exactly? We'll have to wait and see.
Ashleigh
1. Ashleigh believes that one of her biggest weaknesses is giving people too many chances. She might be right, Helen has had a million and one after all.
2. The young girl from Derry achieved a less-than-impressive D for GCSE drama. Don't worry Ashleigh, you get an A* from us for House drama.
3. If her CV is anything to go by, Ashleigh might not be the best at completing everything she starts. She missed two whole sections on how she deals with House conflict.
Chris
1. If Chris were a film character, he would be George from 'Who's Afraid of Virgina Woolf?'. Don't worry, we had to research that one too.
2. He claims to deserve nothing, he's unsure of what he's doing here and believes that he's only reached the final because he slipped through the net. Chin up Chris, the usual function of a CV is to sell yourself.
3. When asked just what he brings to the show, Chris answered 'Gout'.
Christopher
1. Christopher was the only one to put 'Big Brother housemate' as his current occupation. A strong commitment to the cause, perhaps?
2. He identifies the most with Mrs. Doubtfire, believing that her attitude to life is the same as his own, i.e. 'jumping on beds, being inappropriate and always fond of a party'. Did he fall asleep through the first part, or all, of the film?
3. Christopher may be a journalist now, but he's also worked as a production assistant, teacher, P.A and factory worker.
Helen
1. The Bolton lass achieved a rather lacklustre E in GCSE Maths. While she might have agreed to honour last week's money pact, it might have been recommended to let somebody else calculate the individual earnings.
2. Helen describes herself as trustworthy and 'the best secret keeper eveeeeeer!!!'. Her extra e's, not ours.
3. Helen is loud on paper too. She used a total of thirteen exclamation marks throughout her CV.
Pav
1. Pav believes that unlike his other housemates, he brings culture to the House.
2. He gave himself a rather precise 6.8 out of ten for an overall housemate rating. Just above average. Nothing too showy.
3. If he were a film character, Pav would be Will Smith. He must have confused film character with actor.
We've assessed their key skills, strengths and weaknesses, but it's YOU who has the final say. Get those all important voting details right here.
