No I've only drunk it at 7am-ish because I can't stay awake all of a sudden and I don't wanna screw my sleeping pattern up.

...ahhh, yeah it's a good idea if you want to try to keep a nigh time sleeping pattern and hopefully you'll manage to get until evening end then just crash for the night...be careful though because it could also stop your sleep tonight if you have too much...I hope you're ok though and not worrying about anything that is keeping you awake....
