What about this - the £25k is put back on the table and the ex housemates have to decide between them whether to give it to the 5 runners up or give it to charity of the winner's choice.

Any twist at this stage other than evicting the hm with the lowest votes early will make a complete mockery of the show. Changing the prize money has been done before and allowing ex hm to interfere in any way is just obscene in my view
