When all the ex-housemates came in and Danielle was talking to her? She suddenly went up in tears...

It looks like she was overwhelmed.

It's nearing the end of her experience so i think there was some relief in those tears too.

Not all the ex HM's were there though:conf:

Truetrue, but I read somewhere that it could have something to do with her boyfriend?

Maybe just another stupid rumor then..

She's probably gonna miss everyone and the experience,They've been together in there a long time now.Like if you go on a long holiday and are sad when it's over,Only that's a very long holiday.

For **** sake why does everybody think she fakes it all the time, every time she has cried it's been true

She's only 18 so she's sensitive and it's her first time going away from home for a long time

Ammi
14-08-2014, 11:40 AM
..she just looked completely overcome with emotions about seeing them all again..I don't think she probably even knew herself where the tears came from/it was just an understandable reaction and release of emotion to what was a huge moment for all of them...

Even if you think that Sam was being genuine in his post...His opinion needed to be scrutinised. ...No ridicule was practised ....Just questioning of intent and discernment skills! :smug:

..it wasn't scrutinised or questioned though Lex, that's the thing ..it was just mainly smilies that dismissed what he said completely in a ridiculing way and I do think it was a valid thing to say..maybe it's not always relevant to mention her age but it doesn't mean it never is because it is sometimes relevant in the same way that a much older housemate's like Pauline's would be with some of her behaviour....

I didn't cry all the time when I was 18 that's no excuse.

Anyway these were genuine tears by the looks of it she was overwhelmed and happy by all the housemates coming back. Im no longer Ashleighs number 1 fan but the posts shouting fake fake fake!!! all the time are sad.

Could it be I sick of EVERYTHING this brat has done wrong being excused because she's "only 18?" it deserved ridicule and Im sure Sam is more than capable to speak for himself

How many times a day does Ashlieghs age come into posts ?

I find it hard to believe why people don't understand her game. Its so obvious, get the cameras, get the dog, get the looks and let the tears flow emphasising you are only 18 and a half, omg. Itsd as obvious as her blatant attempt to solicit votes by playing the poorly done by and victimised bully.

..but when you're giving it as a reason for your opinion then it's relevant and there are times when age is relevant, whether it be a younger or older age...

..her tears in that vid and when you think of how the others were reacting as well..the shock/happiness etc at seeing past housemates and not for a task but to celebrate together looked completely spontaneous and involuntary thing even...a complete natural reaction because she was overcome with mixed emotions and it's only a form of release...

..but it wasn't repeated just given as a reason which was completely valid and I personally agree that in some situations of how she's handled things and been, age has been relevant...

Whether anti-Ashleighs like it or not we define people in our society primarily by their age and gender. We also judge people's behaviour based on their age and life experience it is a simple fact of life. Ashleigh just left school a few months ago and is not used to being away from home.

..yeah she's done well but it must have been quite daunting sometimes and I guess she's needed her quieter times when she's felt homesick which all of them would have I know but it's often harder to understand your emotions as a teenager...

Doubt it was me Niamh...I thought she was about 40 till I accidentally caught a quick glimpse of her smiling [well...gloating!] when Winston was evicted the other night! :smug:

She is old enough to be allowed entry with the grown-ups and mix it with the best of em'...so her age should never become relevant ...

unless it is deemed as some sort of advantage by all of her level-headed fanatics of course!...right Niamh?

Not an advantage????...What on Earth are you saying woman?
Ashleigh is to be given extra credit for standing up to Gobby-Helen because she is "Only 18 you know"!
Ashleigh is to be given special credit because she has proven that she can hatch sly plans to get rid of Ash [for being friends with Helen] when "She is only 18 you know"!
Ashleigh is to be given special credit when she starts something with Gobby-Helen...backs down and then runs away to the diary room to bitch like a seasoned old hooker about how she wasn't really scared,...because "She is only 18 you know"!

....etc...the list goes on!.....and you say that the constant quoting of her age is not for purposes of giving her an advantage??....come on Niamh, you're bigger and better than that! :smug:

She cried because , She has had to toughen up in the house ,dealing with such big characters has not been easy for her ,seeing the x house mates broke the tension in the house. Her tears were a release of her pent up emotions.
