Would you welcome the introduction of changing the UK's timezone to GMT+1 (currently BST) all year and GMT+2 (CET) during the summer? Discuss.

To be honest I haven't seen a reason why we even need a vote.

If England voted then Scotland wouldn't even have a chance on being independent, I think. So I'm happy England are staying out of it.
