Exactly how Ashleigh has stood up to Helen?

Everyone keeps saying that Ashleigh was the only one in the house to stand up to Helen.... so was I sleeping when this happened?

As far as I know or saw, the only people to stand up to Helen were:

Danielle = "Get a foocking liff ya weirdo"
Mathew = "I'll sit where I want and won't be told by someone like you" (or words to that effect)
Ash = First week (can't remember what the argument was about)
Toya = (again I can't remember conversation but it wasn't long before she was booted out)
Mark = Argued with Helen and told her on more than one occasion
Winston = Again argued with Helen on more than one occasion
Christopher = A few small instances but main argument when he defended Chris
Pav = Told Helen she comes across as loud and aggressive in the toilet

For the life of me I can't remember seeing any argument where Ashleigh has actually had a heated conversation and actually made sense or put Helen in her place.

As far as I can remember she's either told her (slightly under her breath) that she's a "f'ing dick" or has just mimicked her and said "yeah whatever". If that counts as actually sticking up and wining an argument then boy I've got a lot to learn.

Or does sitting in corners bitching about her constitute "standing up to Helen"?

Maybe all these Ashleigh fans can enlighten me?

:clap1::clap1: Waste of time though Marmalite...because Ashleigh is perfect to some people around here...and did you know that she was only.. "18 you know" :hmph:

I also thought Chris's moment where he told her to ****** off for having a go about the money was a small, isolated incidence of him standing up to her ha :hehe:

I kind of thought the way she manipulated the nominations to make sure Ash wasn't saved was a way of standing up to her. I don't think standing up to somebody necessarily has to be shouting in their face. She has refused to lick Helen's arse and I think this is standing up to her in a funny kind of way. But yeah I agree, in confrontations, Ashleigh remains quite quiet and less vocal than you'd expect of "the only person who has stood up to her".

Are we really still clinging on to this? It's the final. Stop trying to start any more bickering and just enjoy whatever happens

And anyway, one example of when she stood up to Helen was the other week when she told her to apologise for breaking into the camera runs

Helen never had a go at Ashleigh so she had nothing to stand up for !

The only vocalised bad blood between them was when BB revealed Ashleigh's 'evil plan' to exclude Helen and manipulate the girls into nominating Ash.

So they had that row in the garden - but that was Ashleigh defending her 'evil plan' rather than standing up to Helen for anything that she had done

I didn't request any bickering, I asked for someone to explain it to me.

So just ignore the thread and don't comment then, if you have no answers!

It's not rocket science

Nope - again she said under her breath "stupid *****ing dick".

If she had an issue then she should have said something to her face instead of bitching, as usual, while Helen was out of ear shot.

If it wasn't for Ashleigh telling Helen (which she did), those three wouldn't have apologised. They seemed happy enough smirking away whilst the others were being punished. See for yourself:

Again, all I remember is Ashleigh sitting there saying "Yeah, whatever" while sitting in the corner and it was actually Winston who took Helen on.

Ive just noticed something....Dermaglen Dotties fans keep complaining that people should stop bashing their hero, well as far as I can see, its their attitude towards posters that have anything negative to say about her, that fuels these fires and stokes the debates of contempt that lead to angry statements and Ashleigh bashing. Maybe if her fans used a modicum of common sense, the bashing might not be so severe.

Every time a thread pops up, the same culprits pour venom onto the thread which usually results in Ashleigh bashing just to get back at the fans that cant accept others points of view.

Actually as I remember, Helen said she felt guilty then Ashleigh said "You should because I haven't heard one person say sorry yet" and then she said nothing much except a few things under her breath at Helen.

You have no idea whether they would've apologised or not had the others not taken it so seriously, so please let's not assume just because it helps Ashleigh because she certainly didn't make them apologise at all. She was her usual moaning self.

The truth is that Ashleigh has never stood up to Helen!...The closest she has ever been is when she musters enough courage to have little sly digs at Helen when she thinks that there are people there that will step in if Helen blows her top at her for her sly digs!...and then of course, this is where we get all the confusion that has effected her supporters,...because she invariably trots off to the safety of the diary room to absolutely unleash all of what she would have said to Helen's face , if she had the courage to do so...which she hasn't...and never will have, because it just isn't in her make up!!
....Disagree if you like, but remember that She is currently being all nicey-picey with Helen, because it suits her plan of being hailed as a martyr for 'forgiving the evil monster that has so wronged her' [and also for a bit of a rest before her great celebrity-future commences. lol] ....But just watch how she really unleashes her bile about Helen in the magazines , from the relative safety of standing behind her agent, her family, her boyfriend, her own home etc!....Mark my words...that girl is no cutie!...she's poison! :suspect:

A more calm and mature way if you ask me. And if you really want to stand up to someone you believe is trying to dominate a group, manipulating decisions involving them and refusing to bow to them is a much more effective and longer-lasting way of doing so than shouting "get some bloody class you weirdo man!" at them.

Sure here's Ashleigh standing up to Helen which wasn't shown in the highlight show for some unknown reason.

"Get over yourself" "You're a ****ing embaressment" " "people talk to you all the time and you don't listen to them so I don't actually ****ing care what you've got to say"

Must have been cause it was sooo violent and that maybe they thought Ashleigh would attack Helen lol

I dont think Helen was ever really bothered about Ashleigh until this point, when she realised what a nasty little runt she could be

But its all good in the hood now, so lets just get on the phones and VOTE FOR HELEN!

The only way to beat Ashleigh fans is by making Helen win.

VOTE FOR HELEN FOR A FAIRYTALE ENDING She will be more grateful than any of them!!!!!!!!!!!

They apologised to get the hot water back on and food back in the fridge not cause they were scared of a little girl with her teddy hot water bottle under her arm
Though little girl ghosts can be really scary, so maybe she could do that, become a ghost!

HELEN TO WIN!!KEEP VOTING FOLKS!!

Fair enough - I didn't see this clip so was not aware of it. I only remember Winston taking on Helen on her behalf. So fair play to her.

However, I don't think manipulating a situation in order to stab someone else in the back (Ash) so as to get to the person you don't like (Helen) is not really standing up to someone. To me, that's just being a conniving beatch.

So in conclusion then, we have one argument in which Ashleigh took on Helen and defended herself and her manipulative actions but has been made to be the martyr of BB2014 even though many other HMs stood up to Helen either for themselves or to defend someone else.

Glad we sorted that one out then.
