That's your opinion, In my view, she wasn't distracted but struggling for what to say. Very unlike her - she normally can't contain herself but tonight was completely different. The only explanation I can see is that she was very embarrassed by the viewers decision.

Emma is a professional presenter, but you can tell when she gets emotional. Tonight wasn't one of those nights. She was careful with her wording and searching for answers. She didn't come across as happy, in any way.

I think she presents the show - the public voted for Helen - it was all female final. She did not look embarrassed at all. Man, you lot are poor loosers. The ending of BOTTS was great. They were all happy.

Perhaps she annoyed at Louisa - you dont like bullies but look at her attitude.

Get over it, the best housemate won !!!

I did think there was bias in her terrible interviewing style, and it is really unfair that these HM's are ambushed as soon as they leave the house with questions that they are unable to answer as they don't know which footage has been seen.

Like Helen said, I wasn't arguing for the sake of arguing, someone was pressing my buttons to be reacting that way, I do think you can edit a show like that and make of it what you want. She kept repeating over the last few weeks and again last night about this absurd notion that the public were voting anyone that was close to Helen out, if that was the case then Ash would have been the first to go, she clearly had an agenda and a bias towards the so called 'victims' and 'Snipers' finding any excuse she could to defend them.

The only anomaly of the whole show besides the initial rigging of giving Mark 5K and making Helen the untouchable girl, ( they knew they needed her right from the start and she would be the bed rock of the whole show) was the Winston eviction, that was definitely rigged. No way did he get more votes than Pav that evening.

Take the mirror incident yesterday morning where Ashliegh and Helen were doing their hair. The previous night they showed a clip of it but terminated it before Helen said anything and to be honest it looked like hell would freeze over before they would speak to each other and Ashliegh looked scared to death.

Yesterday they showed the entire clip and they were talking at the end of it and what looked like a terribly awkward moment was probably no more than a pregnant hiatus.

What bullying.

All I saw is people playing the victim card. Yes, Jale was an odd ball and still is, she is one of those negative people in the world that have a sign on them saying- I am a victim.

But as for Danielle, Ashliegh, Chris, they chose to withdraw from the group, they weren't ostracised it was in their nature to shy away and they found it easier to comment, watch, criticise abuse in the diary room their fellow housemates.

I don't agree with Emma W about they were all the same with regards to the bitching, the above were doing it in a secretive way, judging from high, where yes, the rest of the group would pass comment on the others but it was more of a reaction to their behavior and secretiveness. Surely, if you saw a group of people extricate themselves from the main housemates and were always looking down on you, literally, huddled and whenever you walked in a room the conversation would suddenly stop you would start to raise questions within yourself as to what their motives where.

Chris is naturally sly, I don't subscribe to all this bollox that he was using the diary room as sounding box, he was using it to try and influence the public, get his message directly across. All 3 of them were over awed in what they thought were bigger characters and instead of embracing the main group who were in there to enjoy themselves Winston, Helen, Ash, Steve, Mark they chose to poke nasty comments at them. That's where the divided began,

As for Mark, what an odd ball character he was, he openly admitted to not liking most of the human race but the likes of Ashliegh went straight to him and was still eulagising about him last night. If someone doesn't like you and makes it clear that he is generally a tw@t when it comes to being able to operate with in the social boundaries of other human beings there is going to be friction, and it's the not so confident on these forums who identify with these characters.

I bet non of the so called 'victims' in life who say they were bullied have taken away anything from this series. One of, the so called 'cool kids' aren't so different from you, you just have to up your game, let your self go and join in and not shy away. As soon as Danielle left we saw glimpses of Ashliegh's potential, but then she allied herself with Chris, another odd ball finger pointer.

'Tis a real shame 'cos the Ashleigh we all saw last night if she'd have only let her inhibitions are pre-defined notion of certain types of people go, as she did in the last few day of the house then she would have won this year's BB at a canter, as she didn't, the correct person did win it.

The only people that played the sympathy card were Pav and Helen. There was plenty of bullying, I went through the exact same thing at school and that happened because the people in question decided I was too fat and ugly to have any respect. I did nothing to provoke them. Of course those people would keep themselves away from the group of people who were calling Jale a slug 5 minutes after meeting her and talking about how much they hated Chris 5 minutes after meeting him. Helen's gang took themselves away from that group as much as they took themselves away from Helen's group, the difference was Helen's group was looking down on them and laughing behind their back's and the other group looked to each other for support.

Quite possibly the stupidest reply possible. 1, she is/was a *****/hooker/call girl/prostitute. 2 not all women are *****s, not all men like *****s, and there are men who are *****s too, they're called gigolos. 3 some women pay women *****s too. Again, stupid reply.

I think the telling comment from Emma was on BOTTS when she said its OK to say negative things to people but what matters is how its said.

Imo she was shocked that Helen won (as was I) but fair dues to Helen and her supporters on here.

The unexpected result will always add to the programs interest.

Sorry to hear you were bullied but I didn't see any bullying, forceful opinion. Jale was an odd ball, I am not sure what it is about her but she does have an awful way of projecting herself and she seems to attract negativeness, She did lurk everywhere and was always listening in on conversations and rightly or wrongly that is why she was nicknamed 'the slug' of course we didn't see much of it but from what the supposed 'cool gang' was saying is that she was doing it a lot now that would annoy anyone. Yes and people in a group can be unaware of how joking comments can harm people with low confidence.

Once she stopped creeping around she was accepted into the main group. I don't agree that they were looking down on them, yes there were jokes but you could easily argue that they brought it on themselves.

I agree that Pav milked it to the max but hey, he was up against it and had to do anything to survive, to be honest I have never seen a housemate lose confidence so rapidly after going in the house. I don't see any difference between how Pav was treated in the beginning when he certainly had an agenda and nobody trusted him with the likes of Jale, once they both changed their ways and stopped acting freaky they were accepted with open arms.

If what you said about the likes of Ashliegh forming a group for self preservation when the perceived threat had diminished then surely their behavior would have changed, it didn't. Each time Ashliegh lost an ally to point fingers and judge from their Ivory Tower she chose another like minded soul.

It makes them feel better and helps them operate in this frightening world that they live in, their perception.

Sorry but I stopped taking this post seriously when you said the Winston eviction was rigged but of course the Helen win wasn't. Of course, funny that! You talk about bad losers and then write something like that. Unbelievable.

"People pushed her buttons". And that justifies the behaviour!! Quite incredible. She has no self-control, takes no responsibility for her actions whatsoever and, despite what she says, has clearly not learnt one thing on the show.

As for the issue of editing, Helen fans have got a nerve criticising that. In the last 2 weeks the editing has been the most biased in favour of one HM that I have ever seen (ie Helen).

This post is making a valid point about Emma's behaviour on BBBOTS with Rylan which was clear for many people to see, including some Helen supporters but you choose to turn it into an attack on those who have an alternative view to you. Very disappointing. I have actually been very careful in my posts to avoid criticising Helen supporters directly. You have your point of view and Helen won the show on a fair vote so I have no complaints about that.

But the decision about the free pass is different. It undermines the principle of the show that only the public should evict a HM - along with the disgraceful evictions of Danielle and Marlon - in a way that I find very worrying. And Emma clearly was not happy with the result for whatever reason. I'm pretty sure I know why but I can't prove it hence the thread.

This will go down as the blackest day in BB history and could spell its death knell. Its that serious in my view.

"No grace in defeat". Just for the record - for the billionth time so there can be no doubt. Helen won the show fair and square. She was voted the winner. Unlike some Helen fans who have bizarrely alleged on this thread that the Winston vote was fixed(!!), I have not said that. It was clear she has won.

But we are entitled to question what Emma reacted in what is clearly a very strange way to the winner - completely unlike her usual gushing style - and to question the principle of allowing the free pass. And that is what I am doing. I believe there will be significant changes to the show next year if it goes ahead.

Disgusting.

There was definitely bullying. 100%. You didn't see it? Hmm, you must have missed the part where Helen and co started making nasty nicknames up for Jale and Christopher as early as Day 2 for no reason whatsoever, and the time Helen walked past Jale (who was minding her own business) and had a go at her in front of everyone, again for no reason whatsoever.

So, not only do you absolve Helen of all responsibility, but you're actually trying to make it Jale's fault? And then you go on to celebrate Helen?

I'm not even going to attempt to reason with your suggestion that people who are outsiders in life are so because of their own inability to "join in".

I hope to God you never become a counsellor for bullied kids. "Um, well you're clearly not making the effort, can you blame them for picking on you and leaving you out? Urgh, you're such a VICTIM WANNABEE!".

I have re watched the main show and bots, and I'm not sure where you are getting these thoughts from. Emma seemed very enthusiastic in the main show, and a bit tired in bots, no real surprise there. She made comments because she is allowed to do so, it shows the value and trust the producers put in her. If she leaves to better her career, good luck to her, why wouldn't she. But it is completely pointless to speculate further than that.

Yep and Helen's playing of the victim came in the last week, during a vote to win after a mock trial in which she was found "guilty" and after being put in a secret room to watch live coverage that was no doubt kept on Ashleigh all day just waiting for her to say something. It's like having a final 3 on I'm A Celebrity and giving only one finalist all 3 of the trials whilst the other 2 do nothing. Who do you think will get the most votes on a show like that?

And it's worth remembering Helen suggesting that Ashleigh was the one who would go to the diary room and play the victim. Ashleigh never did of course, but that's par for the course with Helen. Everything that woman accused others of she was more guilty of herself.

Of course it was, people didn't HAVE to pick up the phone and vote, they obviously wanted to because they wanted her to win.

What's that got to do with the production team just out of nowhere sticking Helen in a secret room, making her the centre of everything during a vote to win?

Yeah, the issue of the secret room... Giving her extra air time and even making her seem sympathetic because she had to watch Ashleigh say some things about her. This came after she was found "guilty" during a mock trial and played the victim in the diary room.

she was really struggling to justify what happened. BB has screwed up badly this year and she now realises it.

Oh Emma doesn't give a toss. She a professional presenter not an online obsessive fan. Today she is preparing for another launch and likely not giving last nights result two thoughts. Just like Deanna fans are still going on about the the perceived injustices from two years ago, we will hear from upset Ashleigh fans for years to come. But Helen won because she got the most votes on finale night period. It doesnt matter how she got there. (Pass to the final given to her by another housemate not producers btw). At the end it was up to voters and she narrowly won. Its just an added benefit that it makes it a much more interesting result that makes an otherwise mediocre season more memorable.

You can make all the noise you like, but its a simple fact, people vote, the one with the most votes wins. That is the regulated process. Helen won. End of story

She is the worst winner yet. Never had a genuine kind word for anyone. Was a bomb waiting to go off.
BUT ultimately it's the public that decides who wins. I have to say in a majority of reality shows I disagree with who wins but it's not seeing someone win that makes me watch the show.
I enjoyed this series & love her or hate her, Helen was the major talking point.
I'm just glad it was not Steven or Pauline winning.................I would need some major therapy

Pauline would never have won even with the final pass cause she was a horrible nasty bully

Helen is a loud mouthed girl with a lot of great qualities and in one week, we turned the whole thing on its head and little Miss Pissy pants has gone back to her Mammy skint, as it should be

Hope her local animal rehoming centre doesnt go bust now, cause according to Ashleigh fans, she was holding it up all by herself lol

Stuck in a secret room by the production team during a vote to win... That was fair.

The problem for Ashleigh is that all her supporters were 12 and couldnt afford to keep voting, whereas us grown ups voted for the True Winner, with all our own money

CONGRATS HELEN

Ashleigh who??? lol

you got that right, free polls thats why Ashleigh got saved from noms etc and thought that meant the whole country loved her

realistically, it was only the poor/children half of the viewers that voted for her in free apps

everyone else, paid their own money to Vote for Helen

and we got her to the WIN

WELL DONE HELEN AND WELL DONE TO ALL ON THIS FORUM WHO ACTUALLY PAID THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO VOTE!!

Does anyone ever consider that it is the lack of judgement that ultimately is turning this country into a let it all hang out culture in which anything goes? For a generation of people who like to congratulate themselves for how "real" they keep it, they seem to me to be keeping it awfuly unreal in deeply destructive ways.

if you are referring to prostitution, this has nothing to do with turning this country into a 'let it all hang out' culture. prostitution is nothing new, its been around for hundreds of years. i have not said that i like prostitution, only that it is not illegal. when it comes down to lack of judgement, none of us are in the position to sit in judgement of others. we are all responsible for our own actions, and that includes you:nono::nono:
