A couple of large codliver oil tablets, washed down a swig of orange juice.

Porridge. A Banana. And a mug of coffee.

It's what I usually have, if there are croissants, then I'd have one of those with my coffee and no so much porridge.

Had breakfast with my mum in town this morning at cafe rouge (2 for 1 voucher :) ) vegetarian full english for me. I'm not quite a vegetarian, but I tend to eat very little meat, and especially not sausages :yuk:
