Seeing Helen and Ashleigh fawning over one another with rictus wide smiles on their faces made me want to puke. They only made up because they wanted to look like good people. I truly couldn't bear to watch these two who had for several weeks hated one another.
The real winners were voted out beforehand.
Another disappointing Big Brother for me....and it will no doubt encourage the sort of applicants who favour false hair, tits, eyebrows, skin colour, lips, personalities.
I'm sad it's over (Christopher should have won), but I am sadder that Helen and Ashleigh were the winners. What else can I say? :nono:
The final had the best top 2 ever, so..

I have two daughters and if they ever showed that kinda attitude towards me or to anyone else i would disown them on the spot.

yeah um the final was the most perfect in this show's history, every placing was exactly right and that top two is the best ever. The two housemates that brought the most to the show making history. Perfection

I think those applicants are encouraged every year! But although I agree Helen is all of these things, Ashleigh is a really natural looking beautiful girl imo :)
Also I agree, although it was nice to see them all acting gracious in defeat, part of me wanted Ashleigh/Chris/Christopher to admit that they felt she hadn't deserved the top spot compared to some other housemates.

Maybe I'm just interpreting Helen's character differently than everyone else but I found her to be really basic? She's just a simple, tedious bitch and that's all there really is to say. I do think she was detrimental to the show because she's a character that's intended to last two to three weeks but instead we were stuck with her for two-plus months, and the pass to the final definitely gave her way too much social power over the rest of the house and I think that's to blame for the frozen, static, dreary state that things were in there. But whatever, if people want to pretend that she's epic or hilarious or that she went on a journey, that's cool. Whatever helps you sleep at night, I suppose.
On an unrelated note, it's ridiculously offensive that people like Deana and Gina were "too mean" but then accept Helen as our controversial winner. But ya know, the struggles of being a woman of color.

:clap2: definitelyyyyyy! Even if I were to accept that she isn't a complete arsehole and a bit of a bully, she's generally dead tedious anyway. There's a hundred men and women hanging about in Yates's across the country tonight who are just like Helen.
