If you notice the Civilian houses of the last three years. They've all had easily removed panels.

With a team of 5-6 working around the clock a hell of a lot can be done to the house in 3 days.

Carpets can be replaced. Panels painted or removed, furniture changed.

I expect a significant change in tone with the house

Yeah, we all said it would be easy. This house more than the last few. This one has a lot of lighting which can just be changed too.
