A site I'm not going to post a link to, mostly because I don't want another few months of receiving hate mail. I was a victim of racism there, a certain clique picked on lots of members (one at a time naturally) and caused them to leave. I was eventually included in that list. It was a bad atmosphere, they sent me hurtful comments on MSN and sent me emails, signed me up for disgusting filth and made my life hell.

C4 - No-one has proper discussions where they accept everyone has differing opinions.

I've been on worse though, where people just insult each other.
And there's the ones with TOO MANY rules.
