I think Helen winning has killed the show forever. It's a very different animal now. It's opened the door for bullies and generally horrible people to behave their worst and still have people call them legends and say they're entertaining. It's a shame...
Complaining to Ofcom is futile though. What's the point...?

How ridiculous, any housemate that enters the house has the chance and right to win,I have rarely picked the winner from day one of a series but that doesn't change how I feel as to the programme, despite me being glad to see the back of the last series.
Helen was and is as good and worthy a winner as this series was ever going to get, she was a prominent figure along with about 3 others all through the series.
In the end people vote and that is all that matters.
Perhaps those very bad losers of the 400 who complained to ofcom should be made to complain to a group of those who actually voted for her to win instead,I would be very happy to take them on as to that, being one who voted heavily for Helen to win in the end.

I'm over this whole series, why would people be that sad to complain? It was a decent series but it's not worth the drama now it's over:joker:
All's I have to say is, even though I'm so happy Helen won, all the other legends were robbed in previous series.

I think the people who have complained to OFCOM are those who tried to vote before lines had closed only to find they couldn't get through or the lines had already been closed (despite saying they were still open on screen). I know a lot of people on Twitter have photos of screenshots of the screen saying how long lines were left open for & showing their tablets/phones/whatever with the time stated & showing that they couldn't vote... If that is true then it is indeed up to OFCOM to investigate...
I don't think it is people complaining to OFCOM because a vile, bullying, prozzie won :joker:

The thought of watching that bitch thru to the final was more than enough for me to turn my back on this series and consider whether I'm as 'into' the show as I used to be.
No doubt she won fair and square but the thought of someone with so few if any redeeming qualities being voted as the winner by the public is one I still find hard to believe.
Another thing, if she had not been given the pass to the final would she have won? I have to almost certainly not considering the people who were evicted before she was even eligible. She's a very poor winner of a very poor series. No doubt people are complaining. IMO
How can a winner kill the show forever? She only won because of her final pass

Even if the votes was rigged, Ch5 have the right to amend the result in their contract clause, they've not actually broken any rules so we're all quite silly to waste our votes on such a scam really.

Obviously not, a lot of people don't think she is a bully. But I agree on the ofcom thing, what are they going to do? Change the result because a few weren't happy with it?

Not if as it states in their terms & conditions listed on their website, that they can refuse certain votes!
Still think it isn't a manipulated & rigged show?

people with agents are not everyday people and public should know they are signed to agents so we know who is "everyday" and who is not (Helen and Kim !!) showing the documentary featuring Danielle as a web cam person was not fair especially when other housemates dodgy past dealings was not mentioned. Helen's agent or supporters complained she was being picked on so the whole focus went on her improvement despite sh1T stirring for Mark etc. she got to tear strips of the others while watching and listening - OFCOM or channel Five should look at the viewers rating after winner was voted in - Loads switched channel as it appeared to be a fix - too much co-incidence for it not to be -

^Democracy or Corruption?
I suspect there are certain individuals getting very rich every time one of these 'surprising' results are announced.
Almost everyone thought Matthew going instead of Ash was odd...
Winston getting knocked out so early in the final was even more suspicious...
But Helen winning over Ashleigh just STINKS of something rotten...
Whether that rot is in the moral compass of the voting public or in the scruples of the producers is impossible to say.
But if international football matches can be rigged, so can TV shows.

Helen won? Dear Lord..
The whole season was a fix. Plus I couldn't vote for Ashleigh at times and I know I wasn't alone. I don't know if this happened with Helen or anyone else.

Unless there was an issue with taking votes - as I saw someone say somewhere - it's not BB's fault. So an OFCOM complaint is pointless, unless it's protesting against the gold-leafed refuse barge (which imo is a valid complaint).
It was still a complete crap on the heads of all of the decent HMs who didn't make it. There were far, far more deserving winners in there and Helen basically shouldn't have won by virtue of the fact that she was so horrible at so many points throughout the show. Her victory legitimises all of the abuse she put other HMs through; all the bullying that Jale received, all of the vitriol her enemies went through, and all of the discomfort she caused.
So what if she made a turnaround - good for her, no reason to win though given how nasty she was and just how many boos she got. Ashleigh should have won and imo she did, just wasn't declared the official winner. Hopefully Helen shares a bit of the money with her.

Yeah they have on occasions. I remember one year when they had to read out an ofcom statement 3 times.
