Well this game is simple. 1 Team of BBUK Contestants face off against 1 team of BBUS contestants. It takes three votes for one team to make them Immune. The team that is immune is safe from the vote. You will cast a vote for who you want out of the losing tribe and this game. The person with the most votes is eliminated. Here are 18 contestants:

The goal is to determine the ultimate winner of the Houseguests.

Vote 1 housemate out of the BBUK Team and Vote 1 out of the BBUS Team. Simple as that. ;)
