The task, facing their fears

I am probably in the minority here when I say that this task is truly awful. I am arachnaphobic and have been terrified of spiders since I was a very small child. Anyone who played a prank on me by throwing a spider on me, hiding a spider in my desk or putting video clips of spiders on my facebook page are just plain cruel.

If I knew that someone was totally afraid of something I would never in a million years produce what the person was afraid of. I think this task is cruel and I am disappointed they have included it. Hopefully the housemates will cope ok but from the clip of Stephanie shown on BOTS tonight I think she was terrified and the worst thing about it is that the others were laughing.

This is something I feel very strongly about. Anyone agree or am I alone in thinking this ?

I also have arachnophobia, but my mates did throw spiders on me. I also have bad Vertigo, but my teacher put me on a monkey frame, and shook it. I think that you should face your fears, but it is not nice.
