Stephanie was punished last night for discussing nominations.

WHY?? Yes she did discuss nominations. BUT she is not the only one...

That French thing has clearly said she would nominate Leslie first chance possible... No punishment..

Maloney clearly said "she" would nominate Leslie.. THAT was never picked up and punished was it??

David also said he was going to nominate Busey the first chance he got.. yes he left last night, but it was about 3 days ago that he said it and COULD have been punished before...

Why just punish Stephanie? Talk about victimisation??? Disgusting.

Stephanie is a nasty little cow and the punishment was justified but you are right they should have been punished as well. Also Stephanie had a conversation with James. Why wasn't James punished as well. She wasn't talking to her fairy friends.

James didn't mention nominations though. Stephanie did. Yes she should be punished. I don't see her as a nasty little cow, I think she's honest, and she's feisty.. they're not bad traits.

If you state who you are going to nominate, you are potentially going to influence other people to nominate the same people, either intentionally or not.

They couldn't possibly punish poor Maloney because that would be victimisation.. similarly with Leslie... It's disgusting!

Ive not heard anyone apart from stephanie talk about nominations in a conversation with another housemate

I agree with OP, Kellie and Frenchy have both talked about nominating somebody more than once and that's just in the 40 minutes highlights we get to see.

But what you have to realise is that this production team are pathetic at their jobs, they don't care about their audience they'll do what they want and what they believe is best for themselves.

Since moving to channel 5, this production team have totally destroyed a show that in fairness was on a downhill slide but could have been revived with smart people in charge but the people running this show don't have a clue and have taken away the meaning of the show.

I think it was Audley and not Gary? Gary was a foregone conclusion whereas Audley wouldnt have been.

Stephanie talked about nominations, and the other examples talked about nominating somebody. Both are wrong, but there is a difference between them. Talking about nominations is a 2 way conversation, but talking about nominating somebody is a 1 way conversation.

They said who they would nominate. Stephanie was trying to manipulate nominations.

There is a difference though.

Stephanie clearly told someone who to nominate so blatantly tried to influence nominations.

The others were angry and said who they would nominate.

Stephanie deserved what she got IMO.

Any discussion about nominations is a breach of the Big Brother rules. Or at least it is when it suits the production team.

Yep there's a difference between saying "I'm going to nominate so and so" and Stephanie telling James to "nominate him". Though I do agree that there should be no talk of noms at all in the house.

Everyone knows the rules. You don't talk about nominations, if you do you get punished. Frenchy saying we should form an alliance and leslie saying your out of here wrt gary isn't talking about NOMs so they whern't punished.

If david did say he was going to NOM Gary he should have been punished but less severely than stephanie because stephanie tried to get james to NOM audley.

...precisely. It wasn't like 'I'm going to nominate him the first chance I get'...that's not influencing. However Stephanie was...
