Putin was making peace talks with Poroshenko whilst at the same time sneakily sending troops and tanks over the border and denying it.Nothing he says can be trusted.
Imo there needs to be a big Nato blockade on the border then Putin would know that one wrong move would trigger WW3.Sanctions just are'nt cutting it.
