james is completely self-deluded. has seems to have created this vile, pompous insincere character to hide his insecurities.

james' good judge of character is why he's friends with george and stephanie :worship:.

He is such a twat

If anything the people he has chosen to be close to in there just shows how awful a judge of character he is, I suppose like goes to like though.

Maybe he IS a good judge of character. He's the only one with any time for Gary. :smug:

He's not deluded, just tired after creating the Heavens and the Earth.

Hmm I disagree. He was told to help Gary out a bit and certainly grudges anything he does for him. He said it himself the other night "I feel like a ****ing babysitter" doesn't sound like someone happy to help IMO.

Yes unfortunately that's my take on his "I am the closest one to you" assumption. I did not hear Gary agree.

RE his chosen "friends" the younger ones making him (in his eyes) a bigger fish in a smaller pond.?

A very insecure and sad human being imo.

....I reckon his good judgement on character gave him the insight on how loved Gary must be, so what better way to get airtime and score brownie points...give the old man lots of care and advice, pretend you have his back and BINGO.
What the stupid tit doesn't realise is we see right through him...how he patronises and ridicules Gary and laughs at everyone who takes the piss out of him.

Yes, and as much as I may dislike some of the others whilst they are in that house, at least they are more open in their dislike, not trying and failing miserably like James to disguise his dislike with a caring in the Community attitude.

He totally misunderstood the warning he was given and interpreted it as being Gary's reluctant carer because he is too insufferably arrogant to realise his behaviour was in the wrong.

See how people take things and run with them....James was NOT told to take Gary under his wing. As I recall it, he was asked to help Gary integrate with the group initially (and to tell the others as well) because of his hearing problems.
He was not asked to care for him, to help him with showers, or continue talking to him or be friendly with him after that initial settling - in period.
James isn't in there to be Gary's carer. He doesn't even have to go near him, like most of the others. He may be helping him in his own incompetent way, but at least he spends time with him and says Gary fascinates him. Give the man a break. Even twats have hearts. :hehe:

He hasn't time for him, he thinks he's despicable. It's a form of control, akin to when a parent gets old - where for some reason the child has been waiting for this opportune moment - to turn the tables and to be in charge.

It's horrible to watch and so demeaning. He doesn't care for him, he doesn't respect him. In fact, it's all about James Jordan.

Repulsive, repugnant, odious, sly, manipulative, malevolent, delusional- all words that are not too strong to describe Mr Jordan.

Mr Jordan was in danger of embarrassing himself on National TV and probably not for the first time. The Head Banging and total disrespect from James Jordan towards Gary Busey was careering down hill so fast he got an unofficial warning. To have to be advised { and this is what we saw- God only knows how many times off camera he's been told) in front of the Nation that his behavior was not acceptable and to have to spell it out to him that potentially there is a man in there that doesn't need confrontation but a little bit of understanding and help. Just shows to me the depth of lack of caring and self centredness that is abundant in the house.

For anyone to cite the above as Mr Jordan being the only one that has any time for Gary is just so way off the mark. He's doing it begrudgingly and then trying to gain kudos from it.

Deary me. Only stand - out men inspire that much hate - or love. I thought he was just an insecure, quite ordinary, blokey sort of chap with no filter and a deadpan sense of humour.

He can stand out, stand out the CBB house for the rest of his time for all I care.

As for the sense of humour you negated the suffix- ' bypass'.

Horrible, human being. I am not so sure about the filter, that would contradict the use of the word manipulative- I think he knows exactly what he's doing. He displays traits of always getting his own way along with a high anxiety level and of one who has been bullied himself.

I don't recall James being told by BB that he was getting an unofficial warning. :conf:
I disagree with your last paragraph, although I know I'm in the minority. There is something about James that tells me his heart is in the right place even with all his posturing and boasting. So there it is.

Laudable of you to extract something that clearly isn't there.

If you get a warning and it's not official, I would say that it then becomes an "unofficial" warning. Does Mr Jordan need everything spelling out to him chapter and verse?

Agree, it's all about opinions. Who is to say who is correct- or to take the debate to it's ultimate- Do any of us exist. Is life just one big video game that someone is playing in outer space?

But here on earth, how we usually determine who is right is by the sway of opinion {not always right} but consensus of opinion usually wins the day.

Exactly. Sick of people using the "James is the only one who helps Gary" argument. The way he behaves is like giving a quid to charity then moaning about it. Does my bloody head in.

Maybe he's entitled to a moan as he's the one who is around him the most.
James isn't one to keep his feelings to himself. :hehe:

I could agree if you said you'd understand him moaning since he's around him more, but not "entitled" to moan. It's sooooo bloody annoying when someone does you a favour then never stops moaning about it almost making you feel guilty that they helped you. That's what James reminds me of.

Either be helpful to someone and be happy to help, or leave them be. Don't help them then constantly go on like you're some martyr!
