Yeah, there are many celebrities with scars and they don’t look bad. Even joaquin phoenix scar (http://www.ranker.com/list/celebrities-with-cleft-lips/celebrity-lists) is big and noticeable but he still looks handsome. I think it depends a lot on how confident you are and how you carry yourself.
