Lack of live feed becoming a REAL problem

I think the lack of live feed is finally proving once and for all to be a massive problem for the show

In order for an audience to emotionally invest and get to know 14 strangers there needs to be more than the hour highlights.

SO much of the true house dynamics isn't making it to te screen and the hour window of a highlights show means that housemates who could potentially be contributing there own smaller storylines are being lost because the highlights only have room to be dominated by one or two major storylines

Housemates like Leslie who we know are massive characters and will be contributing to house dynamics are beig overlooked because the program makers only have enough time to cover Gary and Frenchys storyline and George and Stephanie's.

It's a big big problem for the show and one I've only seen recently.

The 1 hour highlights and selected web clips just aren't working. They aren't enough

They're tricking the viewer into thinking certain housemates aren't contributing

Not to mention that 90% of the exclusive website clips are used in the highlights as well

Very very little new content

Time for 5 to consider reinstating it and maybe a massive overhaul for BB16 and CBB15.

If the show is to continue then more content is needed

They really do need it back next year.

Loads of us have mentioned ways they could do it. Put it on 5*, put it on after Super Casino on C5, have an online live feed and charge people to use it for a series... idiotic that C5 still don't offer live feed.

Yeah I know that people would want 24/7 live feed, but I'm theory, would enough people be watching it to keep it going? I don't think people have enough time to watch it constantly, so what's the point in it?

Exactly, besides, who wants to watch people sleeping at 4am? I love the show and love to see the full picture, but 24 hours a day is a tad bit excessive in my eyes

I'd love to have a couple hours a night from like, 10pm - 2am and maybe some in the afternoon like what they had during BB11, but anything more would be a waste of time IMO

Tbh the highlights could be balanced out fairer if they extended the highlight show by half an hour, and not having it focusing on the same people every night, like if you look at BB15 it was all about Helen, Ashleigh, Steven, and Mark as the “main characters” while the others was just guest stars on the highlights, and with this CBB14 it's the Gary, James, and Kellie show.

I tottally agree and as in the past when they have had live feed people have been able to point out things that been wrong in the house,know what i mean? so your not only getting half a story like we are now.

Sorry, but if it was financially viable, of course, the feeds would be reinstated. Channel 5 is not in business to leave money on the table. But they don't believe it is viable. So the feeds are NOT returning. Move on. And its been true for many years that the vast vast majority of BB viewers only watch the highlights whether or not feeds are available. Just the facts
