there was a programme on BBC2 last night about donating kidneys for money in Iran. The doners were getting about £1,350.

How much would you sell a kidney for??

I'd accept £20,000

.. haha, its not that bad Soph!! i had keyhole surgery on my knee 3 months ago, totally painless! .. one minute you are lying on a bed chatting to the anaestatist, next minute you are waking up, and a nurse is offering you a cuppa tea!!

Yeah they have to test it before hand anyway to see if you have any nasty diaseses.
I think my blood went to some little girl i was well chuffed!

aww, it must be really rewarding to know that youve helped a person live

but i doupt ill be able too because i might be anemic, some people in my family have it and stuff and im a veggie so theres a big chance that i will :sad:

i dont really know much about it but it's basicly when you dont have enough iron in your body and you become week, get headaches all the time and faint

Yeah, You have to be 18 though.
I heard it on the radio, saying theres a blood donor session at my local town hall, so i went along with my sister.
