Yes, that is really odd. I had some quorn cheese recently. It tasted like a cheap red leicester cheese, but the thing worst was that it had a really strong cheesy smell. It didn't make any sense to me that it smelt so cheesy. It isn't really cheese, so why make it smell like that? The strong cheesy smell really put me off, because I'm lactose intolerant and I associate that smell with feeling ill.

A lot of people eat Quorn because it is healthier not just because they dont like or cant eat meat products.
What do you expect a Quorn sausage or mince or chunks/fillets to look like?
As for the taste, unless to put sauce with them or flavour it, it does not taste like the real product imo.

They aren't starving - they may feel that food is sacred just because they have been on a perfectly healthy but basic diet - but a little bit of hunger won't hurt them I'm sure.

You wouldn't do it if you want to be "friends" with them, but if you are unable to control your temper and don't care about the group mentality then, why not.

I love Frenchy and hope she stays, I didnt agree with her throwing the food away though. Claire is only 38? I did think she was a lot older, I do wonder why she went in if her dad is so ill, bless him, it must be a constant worry for her. I hope he is feeling better.
