CBB is completely different to normal BB though, in terms of voting. Celebs have fans that will vote for them regardless. Frenchy was practically unknown in the UK.

Look what is this ?? Its not a perfect system but it's better than vote to evict. At least we had frenchie a bit longer than we would have done had it been VTE.
In most cases it makes very little difference to the evictee anyway . And works far better on the civilian version where it should always be vote to save as the housemates won't already have an established fan base.
