I've been a vegetarian for 2 days

An article advised me to not dive in and cut meats gradually, but I have done and I'm enjoying feeling like I'm making a difference.

I'll be keeping people updated in my TiBB blog, and will be posting some tips/vegetarian recipes there too for any members who may want to try it.

Meat Eaters apparently.

Meat is in: most fast foods, your average Sunday dinners, Christmas dinners, chocolate, crisps, Coca Cola, sandwiches for lunch, normal night tea's... it all begins to add up.

You eat (or should eat) 1095 meals a year plus snacks, I'd say a large portion of them meals and snacks contain meat.
