View Full Version : "Gary was never rude to me. He never insulted me"

So we can stop pretending that there is a consensus among the evicted housemates.

Kellie was one of the most straight talking and confrontational housemates and she lived with Gary for 3 weeks and she says that he NEVER insulted her or was rude to her.

She's probably put a huge bet on him to win.

So we have one at last.

And if you think about it, kellie is probably the housemate with the most potential for Gary to be rude to. He could have mistakenly called her "he" or "frank" or said something about her wigs etc.

But apparently he did nothing.

The rest of these freaks are making it up aren't they.

Not sure they are making everything up, but they are blowing minute details out of proportion I think. Everyones threshold for offense is different, but these guys just take the biscuit

Edit: Frenchy has just said that Gary was never rude too

And frenchy on BOTS has just said she loves gary and that he isn't rude and is very respectful, well spoken and smart.

So which of these things do we believe?

1) Gary was rude and insulting to everyone except Kellie and Frenchy

2) The other housemates are lying.

I'm for number 2.

Frenchy said that Gary was never rude, which means to anyone that she heard him have a conversation with. I'm firmly on 2) Gary probably said boo once and someone considered it rude

Gary probably has said the odd rude comment (but don't we all?) but I definitely feel that the Housemates are blowing it out of proportion because of him being partially deaf and they don't want to keep repeating themselves to him all the time.

One of the main reasons I like Gary so much is that he reminds me of my Nan so much lol.

I never believed those stinking, lying pigs about Gary for even a second!

If Pricky, Dee and George are saying it then i think we can safely assume there is absolutely no truth in it!
You just know that the managers of all three have convinced them before going in there that they're all guaranteed to win without even trying and now they see this old American guy who has more likability in his little finger than the three of them put together and he's getting the best reception from the crowd every week so now they're running scared and doing everything they can to try and besmirch his character!

Hopefully they'll all fail though and Gary will get his well deserved win!

All that means is thathe wasn't rude to her, it doesn't mean he wasn't rude to others. I notice how you conveniently missaed out the other part of what Kellie said when she told us how she thought Gary was the biggest player in the house & how he knows how to play the old man

You are aware that CBB is a game show right? There is nothing wrong with playing a game, but there is beauty in how you play it, and James, Dee et al are playing a very dirty, nasty game, Gary is not.

I just think most of the housemates don't get Gary.

He clearly needs some assistance on some things and care needs to be taken when conversing with him.

They realise there is likely a lot of work involved with interacting with Gary and they simply cannot be bothered.
Hence Dee's cruel comment of 'not being his carer', and George saying he didn't come into the BB house 'to babysit anyone'.

Somewhere in the back of their minds they possibly feel that they should be more tolerant of him but have no wish to put the time in to be so,so the easiest way to cover themselves as to that is to turn it on him.
They have overlooked that evertime he is up for eviction he is one of the very first saved if not likely the first one saved too.

They are, some of them anyway, just a bunch of probably selfish people who have little empathy with anyone who likely needs some time and effort put in as to socialising in the house.
That says far more as to them than it ever will Gary.

This is a game show and IF he is playing a game its the name of the show good of him let him keep playing.

I thought that too Ammi I thought she came across well.

..she was honest as well, that she had tried to wind Audley up and she didn't seem to hold any 'grudges' which housemates can often do when they leave the house...I know that might change in time when the media persuade her that 'grudges sell and make big bucks'....but still...I also started to really see 'Kellie', the real feminine side of her much more than we saw in the house because she could be quite aggressive...and how she praised Lauren for helping with her make-up etc....I almost wanted her to go back in and start again as the Kellie we saw in her eviction interview.....

Evidence

1) Gary has never been screened being rude or obnoxious, yet CBB would certainly screen Gary being rude or obnoxious if he had been because it would make good viewing.
2) Frenchy & Kelly - the only 2 evictees not in the clique of bullies - maintain Gary is not rude or obnoxious.
3) Claire King has never accused Gary of being rude or obnoxious.
4) Gary's accusers are in a clique of bullies who have all clearly been shown to be liars.

Are we watching the same show?

James certainly didnt treat kellie with respect.

If you are implying that the hm's are not nasty because they treated everyone other than Gary ok, that really is a joke. Personally, I have no problem with someone pointing out genuine issues, but the depths people are going to to justify james and co's behaviour and put down Gary is laughable

lol, again i say we were not watching the same show. James had no respect for Kellie. He was politically correct toward her - because he had to be, but that was it.

We've all seen it.

HMs being rude to Gary - 'lecturing' him, 'educating' him, shouting in his face, calling him a 'bad role model', talking rudely about him while he is sitting right there, - even when he cleans up and showers - he still gets mocked for it.

Meanwhile - he never says a bad word about any of them - not even in the diary room.

That's one of many reasons why Gary is the favourite.

Kellie was one of the most straight talking and confrontational housemates and she lived with Gary for 3 weeks and she says that he NEVER insulted her or was rude to her.

When they were in the shack together, Gary and Kellie got along fine, it was all on a one to one basis. I remember him telling Dee that Gary was ok but the look on her face was a study. Kellie told her to respect her elders, forgettting that she is 63, only 7 years difference. I was hoping that they would stay together a bit but Kellie soon got back into the sheep pen and followed the rest.

James took it upon himself to wipe the floor with Kellie on behalf of Stephanie, that was very harsh as it wasnt James business in that task.
