Day 21: Task - Jive With James

There's been quite a lot of dancing in our celebrity House, from Edele breaking into an Irish jig, to James and George Morris-dancing for hours on end, to last night's impromptu Conga at the office party, but today, the housemates' dancing skills will be properly put to the test.

As a professional dancer, James won't be competing, but will instead be coaching the others. Big BROTHER will provide the music, and the housemates will provide the moves.

Whichever couple best cuts the rug will win a special treat. Pop back later to watch the celebs get their DANCING SHOES on!

About time James had a positive task although I won't speak too soon. It will probably be cut out of the highlights or they will manage to pick out something to edit together to vilify him. However all this negativity could backfire on them as people can see through it and he is gathering support apace!

I think James manages to vilify himself single handedly...he doesn't need any help. The edits probably put him in a better light...

Let's be honest we are seeing 45 mins of 24 hours. They could make anyone look bad if they wanted to. James makes a brilliant villain so was an obvious choice. The evicted housemates have all commented on Gary's rudeness and the fact he pushes the women out of the way. We have also had Dee make equally as nasty comments but gets away with it. It seems to be that the public have to have a victim and a villain to accuse of bullying every year now but the tide is starting to turn hopefully. As far as I am concerned I vote for the housemate that has entertained me the most and without James this series would have been dead and buried like him or not.

I doubt it tbh, it was only Frenchys which was not shown. I think the thing with George and Stephanie wasnt much and other things must have been going on. Garys was brilliant but I have no doubt at all that he will not be good in this one, although he may be light on his feet who knows eh.

Am looking forward to it as I love jive but would like to see James in action. I wonder who they will each be paired up with?

They took away Stephanies privileges for talking about nominations but they havent said anything about Dee telling Gary to nominate her. My point is can we all just leave James and Gary alone, one says one thing and then another retaliates because we are sticking up for our favourite. There is no villain, there is no hero they are all HMs playing a game, each has their own agenda it all depends on who we like. For me it is Gary for others it is James, I would say it is evenly matched and most of us have had our say. Nothing has changed for me and I do not expect anyone else to change because of anything I say.

Aw I wonder if it will be cringeworthy but if he tries then ok. I wonder what Dee will be like and who are they going to be paired with. Just imagine if it was Dee and Gary together....

Exactly it is a game which is something that a lot seem to forget. I am not voting for the people i would like to live with. I am voting for the housemates that keep me tuning in. Without live feed they can be edited any way BB wish. I am sure they are picked with this in mind.

I get they all deserve respect and behaviours should be controlled but outside the house out here in the world fed by news feeds and cut conversations we only see what BB wants us to see. The name calling and hatred is pure evil, I am disgusted by how vile people are being to an entertainer with other entertainers who have entered the house to entertain. It is an unnatural environment and pushes people to extremes, I still don't believe James has intentionally gone out of his way to be evil, yet some people are just being so nasty it's sickening.

I don't think this is about whats actually happened or happening anymore just people choosing to make vile accusations and be cruel. I think even Gary would find some of his fans vitriol distasteful and unnecessary :)

The Celebrity Big Brother 2014 housemates will be taking to the dancefloor in the house tonight.

Big Brother has noticed how much our celebs love to have a boogie and having a Strictly Come Dancing professional amongst the group means a dance task was almost inevitable.

But BB wants to see more than the impromptu Conga that started at the group’s office party last night (shown in Sunday night’s highlights show).

James was put in charge of the task and will not be competing, instead coaching the remaining housemates in pairs. Gary will not be taking part in the task.

The best couple (although how this will be determined is not yet clear) will win themselves a special treat from Big Brother.

Audley and Dee will be dancing the Tango.



Ricci and Edele will be performing the Jive.

And finally, Lauren and George will be dancing the Viennese Waltz, a discipline that James warned the pair was “hard to bulls**t”.

After a first mini training session with each couple to introduce them to their dances, James warned the group: “I am the boss, whatever I say guys.”

He joked: “Do you understand Audley?”

The task is set to air on Monday night’s highlights show.

James put his best foot forward in today's task as he choreographed routines for three pairs of housemates but there could only be one winning couple.

Audley and Dee danced the Tango, George and Lauren gave us a Waltz and Ricci and Edele had a Jive.

Competition was fierce as the dancers busted out their best moves.

Along with his glamorous assistant Gary, James presented the champions with a lovely trophy. Give it up for...Ricci and Edele.
