I think he was embarrassed and why in front of millions would he lie? He said something he had forgotten he had said and apologised. He has apologised that should be enough :)

Oh really? Gary apologised to his caller too. Does that mean I won't see any more negative threads or comments from you about Gary?

I never said Gary hasn't apologised , I said James had. Lots of apologies by lots of HMs ... Not one more genuine then another all noise, just different people hear things differently. Just because you don't seem to like James makes you right just indifferent to what James has to say

In all honesty I think James has said enough. He's dug his own hole really throughout the series.
