He believes in the truth... his truth... whatever he believes is his truth. It is based on an out of body experience in his truth.
If I say for example that a brain operation can cause delusions, then that is not his truth. basically you can't have a reply to what he believes that is negative to his belief.
It isn't a religion as such, it is his belief.

He is a deeply deluded man. He believes he spreads love and light whereas his behaviour causes people to loathe him.

Good for him think that's cool it's his own belief of things after his own experience.
Yes we could say it's a delusion from a brain operation but we could also say all human life is a deluded state projected by an evolutionarily complex brain.
I thought it was based on the spiritual beliefs of an American indian tribe

Everyone is entitled to their spiritual beliefs without being labelled deluded. There are actually laws against such statements

100% wrong. hes not remotely deluded hes a a wonderful man, the public love him. even the housemates dont hate him, most are pretending and looking for any reason to crtiicize because of their own jealousy, insecurity and desperation to win and get air time. they give him hate he gives them love. and they hate him for it.

I am not deluded and I know and understand exactly what he is saying. I did wonder if he was an Evangelist. I believe he said his father was someone who would have known about the life forces and the earths healing factors he has most likely inherited a bit from him. Also near death experiences can result in OOB, this is fascinating because the spirit is separated from the body and if trained it can be used to learn and travel. Once accomplished it is something that can never be let go and the understanding which comes with it is great. For me though it isnt religion it is life, religion isnt the answer for me I believe in the energies around us.
In that environment he will have been brought down to "earth" a bit as there are so many negative energies all around the house, along with the dirt and squalor. We may see him in more arguments it just depends on whether the others wind him up as he has known from the beginning that they do not like him. He has done well to last this long without an argument, he has just taken it all and apologised. I doubt whether he will anymore. Tbh for his sake, I will be glad when it is over.
Him and his partner have a centre teaching light and harmony.

Ah is that what Gary said his father was. The beliefs are one of protection but also love and harmony.

You are correct, we are each responsible for our own truths but many can share with the same project if they so desire and if they have experienced things which cannot be dissolved. They have to be accepted by that person. It is good though to know that others share the same thought as otherwise it just comes across as a lot of jumble jumble and rubbish.

It's not really any one religious or new age thing - but he picks up all sorts of wisdom, ideas etc from a lot of sources and makes up his own belief system as he goes along.
It's the best way i reckon - picking up bits here and there from different religions, from science, from philosophy, from meditations, from books, even from your own mind - and making your own way of being and seeing - whatever suits you and feels right at the time for what you need and how you need to grow.
He agrees with what all religions and spiritual organisations agree with though - the importance of love.

But the public seem to love him. Have you seen all the vote to save polls for the next eviction? He has half the votes in a 8 horse race.

He has at least one American indian friend who is spiritual, but I'm not sure if he's a Christian. Gary's father belonged to one of the First Nations, but I don't know if he was 100% First Nation. I think Gary's beliefs are eclectic, and his wife/fiance is Jewish.

His speech has rings of Buddhism.....ie..his truth, your truth, living and practicing your/his truth.
I agree with Robodog, there seems to be a mixture of beliefs that have made up his truth.
He's pix 'n mix - whatever suits him.
